Hello! After being a long term reader of the Glory Hunter forum I thought I'd have a go myself. Now this won't be a daily forum, as I'm sure you can tell by the title its NFL/NCAA based so there will likely be a few posts a week. The idea behind this isn't to go all in or even for a target amount. Instead I'm hoping to top 75% correct on my picks over the season. Staking won't be mentioned because at different times of the month I, as many do, will be betting with different levels of funds. Now onto the bet and what it will consist of... I bet exclusively with Bet365, solely in the "Additional Point Spread" market they offer. My thinking being for the most part the handicappers are accurate so by using this market I can tip the match in my favour. I'll include my reasoning for the bet, the odds offered and the running total on picks. I have 3 additional picks which will be posted in a short while.

Re: NFL/NCAA 2013 by ItsRaaawww Week 1 (Picks 2, 3 and 4) Patriots -2.5 vs Titans @ 1/2 This one is arguably the bet if the week, I feel this handicap is far too harsh on the Patriots and contrary to what the handicappers feel I could see Brady leading the New England outfit to a double digit win. 1/2 they win by a FG or more is superb value! Redskins +13.5 vs Saints @ 10/29 This one is based on two things. Bountygate will surely have a negative effect on the Saints and whilst they still have the core talent and class to make the playoffs, and indeed beat the 'Skins, the first game could be a slow starter for the Who Dat Nation. Second reason for this selection was the transformation the 'Skins have gone through in the off/preseason. RGIII is a bag full of class and he alone could keep this close. I could see this being won by a TD at most so the 13.5 seems to give us enough room to move! Chargers +7.5 vs Raiders @ 5/17 Despite the Raiders seemingly having the Chargers card of late in the division this isn't the same team. Carson Palmer was brought I'm and he is yet to find any kind of unity with his team. Expect Phillip Rivers and the Chargers to make up for the Special Teams mess that cost them dear last year and probably run out winners. The 7.5 gives us plenty of room for slips, trips and fumbles! No NCAA picks for this week!
