sarah07 Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 On Sunday , the Muswellbrook Race Club will celebrate its 150th years of racing in the district and nominations to close next Tuesday. One of the seven races on the club's feature raceday, is the $25,000 Sesquicentennial Cup (1280m)and one of the highlight is the visit by the 2012 Melbourne Cup trophy, hosted by Cup winning jockeys Wayne Harris( Jeune,1994) and Larry Olsen (kensei,1987). The Melbourne Cup tour luncheon is already sold out but other dining options are available in the pavilion located close to the mounting yard.
