Re: MLB : July 2nd 2012 Picks LA Angels -1.5 @ 2.32 pinnacle Weaver is 8-1, with a 2.31 ERA as he has allowed 2 runs or less in 7 of his last 10 starts as well as in 5 of his last 6 road starts. Against Cleveland, he has gone 5-2 with a 3.14 ERA and 4-0 in with a 1.75 ERA in 7 road starts there. Weaver allowed just 7 hits in the 3-2 road loss to them in April this year but with the Angels bats hitting much bettter now, like them to get to Jimenez, who is 7-6, with a 4.69 ERA. He has allowed at least 3 runs in 6 of his last 9 starts, as well as in his last 3 home starts, and as he has given up at least 4 walks in 6 of his last 10 starts, this should help the Angels bats to get a few more runs here Milwaukee -1.5 @ 2.41 pinnacle Greinke is 9-2, with a 2.82 ERA and has allowed 2 runs or less in 8 of his last 10 starts, including all 6 of his home starts, allowing just 5 runs in total. Overall, he has gone 15-0 with a 2.50 ERA in 21 home starts and has gone 2-0 with a 4.50 ERA in 3 starts against Miami. Zambrano is 4-6, with a 3.71 ERA as he has allowed at least 3 runs in 6 of his last 7 starts, including his last 2 road starts. The Marlins have lost his last 4 starts while he has lost his last two starts against Milwaukee and is 13-10 with a 3.84 ERA in 31 starts overall against them. Milwaukee has won 3 of its last 4 starts and like them to keep it going with another win here against Miami who have lost their last 4 games on the road Oakland -1.5 @ 2.82 pinnacle Parker is 4-3, with a 2.57 ERA as he has allowed 2 runs or less in 8 of his last 10 starts as well as in his last 5 home starts (just 6 runs in total). He has faced Boston once before, allowing 1 run on 4 hits in the 5-3 road win over them in May this year and like him to continue on from there as the Red Sox scored just 9 runs in their 4 game series in Seattle over the weekend. Matsuzaka is 0-2, with a 4.91 ERA as he has allowed at least 3 runs in 3 of his 4 starts this season, and has yet to pitch beyond the 6th innings, as he does tend to throw quite a few pitches before he strikes his batters out (averages 5 per game). He has gone 4-1 with a 3.69 ERA in 7 starts against Oakland but like the A's here as they have won 10 of their last 14 home games against Boston Record: 89-148 (-23.50)
