Re: Travelers Championship *Louis Oosthuizen e/w @ 50/1 Skybet* I was confident he was going to put in a good display in the US Open but the course got the better of him and he missed the cut which was unfortunate. Nonetheless i will stick by him here at this price on an easier course. He was 2nd in the US Masters this year, 3rd in the Shell Houston Open and had two other Top 20's, so he has had a decent year. He has won the British Open and this is the first time he has played in this event, he doesn't play in many PGA Tour events, but certainly has the ability to win here this weekend. *Johnson Wagner e/w @ 100/1 Bet365* Big price for a man who has won this year, and who is 16th in the Money List. He won the Sony Open, and was 2nd in the Humana Challenge, also had a 4th placed finish in the Arnold Palmer, and 9th in the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. He was 17th in this event last year, 26th in 2009, and he did also win on tour last year, so he is having a good couple of years, and is worth an e/w bet at the price for me. *John Peterson e/w @ 150/1 Stanjames* I have to back this guy after watching him in the US Open last week. This is his first year with a PGA Tour card, and he carded rounds of 71, 70, 72 and 70 to finish +3 in a tie for 4th on probably the toughest course on the planet, highly impressive!!! You have to be an extremely talented golfer to have such a score in such an event, and hopefully this is the start of big things for this young man. Definately worth a bet at the price.
