First run under new trainer

Hi gents, I'm looking for stats relating to how a trainer does with a new horse they have acquired but have only found a list of horses that are having runs under a new trainer. Can anyone help?

Most horses are bought for a long term target, sellers and claimers tend to do ok though, but really in racing, there is no system- only the trainer will know if his horse is in form.-
