38-34 +2.88 units (52.77%) Red Sox +117 to bet 1 unit @ 5dimes This team is finally starting to turn it around... Angels -158 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes I keep on waiting for this team to turn the corner. Hitting coach gets fired and they finally put up 7 runs last night. Maybe this is the start to a new beginning?

Re: MLB: May 17th 2012 Picks Cleveland -1.5 @ 2.42 pinnacle McAllister is 1-1, with a 4.15 ERA and though he has allowed 4 runs in each of his two starts, he faces a Seattle side that struggles to hit the ball, as they have scored 3 runs or less in losing 5 of their last 6 games. Cleveland however haver scored 5+ runs in winning their last 3 games, and like them to hit Noesi, who is 2-4, with a 6.32 ERA, and he has allowed at least 3 runs in 5 of his 7 starts, while also allowing 19 runs in his four road starts. Cincinnati -1.5 @ 2.47 pinnacle Latos is 2-2, with a 4.54 ERA as he has allowed 1 run or none at all in 3 of his 4 starts, and allowed 2 runs or less in 2 of his 3 road starts. He has gone 2-1 with a 3.00 ERA in 3 previous starts against the NY Mets. Dickey is 5-1, with a 3.65 ERA as he has allowed just 4 runs in winning his last 3 home starts. He has allowed 2 runs or less in 5 of his 7 starts. However, like the Reds here who have gone 14-4 during the day compared to 5-13 at night, and the Reds bats have hit him well in limited appearances Baltimore @ 2.10 pinnacle Matusz is 2-4, with a 5.50 ERA as he has allowed 3 runs or less in winning his 3 of his last 4 starts. Though he has gone 1-2 with a 5.29 ERA in 3 road starts he did allow just 1 run in the 7-1 win over the NY Yankees. Hochevar is 3-3, with a 7.20 ERA as he has allowed 7 runs in 2 of his 3 home starts, which have both come after pitching on the road. He was very good in allowing 3 htis in the 5-0 road win over the Chicago White Sox, and has gone 1-4 with a 6.63 ERA against Baltimore. Baltimore have won 9 of their 11 day games and like them to win again over Kansas as Hochevar has allowed 16 runs in two day starts this season. Arizona -1.5 @ 2.72 pinnacle Cahill is 2-4, with a 3.65 ERA who has allowed 1 run in 3 of his 4 road starts this season (total of 6 runs) and gave up 1 run on 4 hits in the 5-2 road win over Colorado last month. Nicasio is 2-1, with a 4.65 ERA as he has been very good on the rod, allowing 1 run in each of his 3 road starts, but has allowed at least 4 runs in 3 of his 4 home starts (total of 18 runs). In his only start against Arizona, he allowed 6 runs on 5 hits and 5 walks in the 7-6 home win over them last month. LA Angels -1.5 @ 2.48 pinnacle Wilson is 4-3, with a 3.42 ERA as he has allowed 3 runs or less in 6 of his 8 starts, and has a 1.93 ERA in 3 day starts so far this season. he has gone 3-0 with a 2.92 agains the Chicago White Sox,and like him to get some run support as the Angels bats have scored at least 4 runs in 4 of their last 5 games and in 4 of their last 5 home games. Sale is 3-2, with a 3.08 ERA and has allowed 3 runs or less in each of his starts, but can see the Angels hitting him though given the form they are in with the bat, as the White Sox have allowed at least 5 runs in their last 5 games St Louis @ 2.20 pinnacle Wainwright is 2-4, with a 6.16 ERA but has allowed 1 run in 2 of his last 4 starts which have both been on the road. Like him to do well here as SF struggle to score for Cain while like Wainwright to get some run support here as the Cardinals have scored at least 4 runs in their last 4 games, and in 7 of their last 8 road games. Cain is 2-2, with a 2.28 ERA and has allowed just 4 runs in his 4 home starts, but has gone 1-2 with a 4.29 ERA in 6 starts against St. Louis. Record: 58-92 (-10.07)
