25-23 +1.44 (52.08%) A's +154 to bet 1 unit @ 5dimes I think this is worth a shot with Parker pitching pretty well so far and the Red Sox are pretty much terrible when it comes to pitching Mets -130 to win 1 unit @ 5dimes Neise has been pitching really well this season, with this game being against one of the worst hitting teams in the league he should keep it rolling...

Re: MLB: May 1st 2012 Picks Atlanta -1.5 @ 3.04 sportsbet Beachy is 2-1, with a 1.05 ERA as he allowed 2 runs on 7 hits in the 4-2 win over the LA Dodgers, and continues his good form so far this seaso. He has had his problems against the Phillies, but like him to do well as he has been tough to hit, and the Phillies have been up and down with their batting, since they are missing a few key hitters. Hamels is 3-1, with a 2.73 ERA as he allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in the 7-2 win over Arizona. He has a good record against the Braves, and pitching during this month, but they have seen him quite a bit, and should be used to his pitching. hey have allowed at least 4 runs in 7 of their last 9 games, so teams have been scoring on them. One other incentive for the Braves is that the Phillies who knocked them out of the playoff race last year, so there could be an element of pay back for many of these players. Colorado -1.5 @ 2.88 pinnacle Chacin is 0-2, with a 5.85 ERA and though he has not been good this season, like him to bounce back against a team he has had success against. He has gone 5-2 with a 1.57 ERA in his last 7 starts, and has kept some of their better hitters quiet. Lilly has been very good this seasonas he has gone 2-0 with a very low 0.90 ERA as he allowed 1 run on 3 hits in the 4-2 loss to Atlanta. He is 8-1 with a 3.39 ERA in his last 11 starts against Colorado, so he too has form against his opponent, but the Rovkies have scored at least 5 runs in each of their last 6 home games, so they are looking dangerous and productive at the plate. With the Dodgers scoring 3 runs or less in 5 of their last 6 games as well as in 3 of their last 4 road games, then the Rockies have the batters to score the extra runs here Milwaukee -1.5 @ 2.57 pinnacle Marcum is 1-1, with a 4.13 ERA as he allowed 4 runs in the 7-5 loss to Houston but has won both his starts against San Diego. The Padres have scored 2 runs or less in 5 of their last 7 games, as well as in 3 of their last 4 home games. Volquez is 0-2, with a 3.60 ERA and though he allowed 1 run on 3 hits in the 2-1 win over Washington, he has suffered from a lack of run support, and has gone 3-2 with a 5.94 ERA in 8 starts against Milwaukee, including going 0-1 with a 7.11 ERA in 2 starts against them last season while with Cincinnati. With the Brewers winning their last two games, they are starting to get on a roll, and like them to win here again. Record: 37-53 (-0.64)
