Re: MLB: April 20th 2012 Detroit - Texas over 9.5 @ 2.20 pinnacle Porcello allowed 1 run on 5 hits in the 5-2 win over the White Sox, and allowed a run on 6 hits in the 8-1 win over Texas last year, but he faces a very good batting line up that is hitting the ball really well, having scored 53 runs in its last 7 games, including 10 last night. Harrison starts for Texas, and he too has been pitching well so far this season, allowing 1 run on 7 hits in the 4-1 win over Minnesota. He has been very good on the road but has been hit by Detroit in the past. Harrison is 0-4 with a 7.43 ERA in 5 starts against them, and lost both starts last year, with a 6.30 ERA in these starts. Expect the Detroit bats to make up for last nights poor showing with some production here, as they too have been hitting the ball well this year Houston - LA Dodgers over 7.5 @ 2.03 pinnacle Happ allowed 2 runs to Miami but the bullpen cold not support him, as they gave up the other runs in the 5-4 loss to them. He has a good record against the Dodgers, going 0-1 with a 1.69 ERA to go with it, but did allow 5 runs in the 5-4 loss to them last year. The Dodgers have been hitting well and can see them scoring a few here. Lilly allowed 1 run on 2 hits in the 6-1 win over San Diego and is 0-2 with a 2.97 ERA in his last 5 starts against Houston, but several of their batters have hit him well and can see them doing well again here. The Astros have been hitting pretty well this year, but have not been able to convert hits into runs, but like them to do so here to help send it over Milwaukee - Colorado over 8.5 @ 2.24 pinnacle Marcum allowed 2 runs on 3 hits in the 2-1 loss to Atlanta on Saturday. He went 0-3 with a 5.84 ERA in his last 6 home starts last season, and has gone 2-1 with a 4.00 ERA in 3 starts against Colorado. Though the Rockies are not hitting as well as they can, they have scored 13 runs in their last 2 games, so they are starting to warm up. Chacin allowed 4 runs on 4 hits and 5 walks in the 8-7 win over Arizona, and in his only start last year against Milwaukee, he allowed runs last year. He has had problems with control in the start of this season and can see the Brewers doing well here, as they have scored at least 3 runs in each of their last 4 games. St Louis -1.5 @ 2.21 pinnacle Lynn is 2-0, with a 1.50 ERA as he has made the most of his opportunity in the major league. He allowed 1 run in the 5-1 win over the Chicago Cubs, and with Pittsburgh scoring 3 runs or less in 8 of their 12 games, then their batters are not doing that well. Morton is 0-0, with a 5.40 ERA as he allowed 3 runs in the 4-3 loss to San Francisco. He is 2-5 with a 6.25 ERA in 9 starts against St. Louis, who have scored 4+ runs in 8 of their 13 games. Like them to continue their good hitting on the road, where they average just over 5 runs per game in their 7 games to date. Record: 25-36 (-1.10)
