Re: PL Exclusive - Poker Player UK Tour Freeroll - Grosvenor Poker - Wed 14th@ 8.30pm Had problems with customer services trying for over 40 mins to 'sync' my new Grosverner account to my existing bl sq acc,guy said they have trouble with old bl sq accounts,you should be able to sign into any account using same nicknames,but i couldn't for some reason,so at 2 mins to 8 we both gave up and i just entered normal tourney at 8pm on bl sq,bit of a bonus at the end of our call though,he credited my bl sq account with £10 for being patient and missing out on free roll.

Was just letting the thread know of the difficulties i had with having an old blue sq account and them trying to sync it with the Grosvenor one in case anyone else had had the same problem,apparently it is something they've had difficulties with,i've always played on bl sq and never had to bother opening a Grosvenor one,but last night you could only play this freeroll on Grosvenor,so you couldn't have bl sq and grosvenor open at the same time,i had already regd earlier on bl sq for our reg weekly game,when he tried to sync them both,thats when the trouble began,i called them at 7.15pm and at 2 mins to 8pm after contact with i-poker he gave up and said best i just play the 8pm game,apologised and then credited me with £10 as a goodwill gesture,give it a try next time,you never know.

I was on the phone with them for nearly an hour myself and all I got was "we dont know how to do that" in the end

Most of us use a program called sandboxie, so you can play 2 ipokers on same machine (1 sandboxed, other not) there is a pl topic about it somewhere. So if you have 2 laptops, you can have 4 ipoker sites open at once.

Just seems sensible to pick a different night to play it. Even morls was sat out in the league! Still no-one owning up to the win then?

As long as we can sort out any remaining issues re setting up of GCasino accounts, there is a transfer function on there where you can transfer money in from Bluesq. League games appear to be available on both platforms at the moment too, so in theory both of these could be played alongside each other on GCasino. We would just have to ensure that everyone is able to set up an account ok though to be fair to everyone wanting to take part. I had problems for quite a while (now sorted), but understand from the BlueSq league thread that others are still having a few issues. Different nights in the interim is probably a good idea, switching back to same night for convenience when everything migrated over ok.
