Reasoning	Going really well this year. 7 runs for 1 win (penultimate run) and placed 3rd four times. His unplaced efforts had valid excuses. 9th of 17 three runs ago with the ground being Good, Good to Soft. All his other races did not have a soft area. Last time out was his other unplaced run where he finished 6th of 19 by 3 1/4 lenghts. That was at Newmarket in a Class 4 Handicap. He's been at this course twice. Finished 2nd of 14 and 3rd of 12 in 2009. Jockey Dane O'Neill is booked and they ridden a 3rd and 1st from two runs this year.

Reasoning	Improved in each run the last three months. Began the year with a 12th of 12 in May. June was for 9th of 10. Last time out in July was good for 4th of 11 by 2 1/2 lengths. Beaten distances in first two runs was by 13 and 50 lengths. He won 3 of 3 runs on the all-weather last year. His form on Turf is not a good but this track is where he's done his best. Raced here twice for a 1st of 12 and 3rd of 9 in 2009 and 2010 over the 1m2f trip. The longer trip today should not be a problem based on his run last month where he finished 4th in a 1m5f61y contest.
