Re: MLB: July 25th picks Philly - San Diego under 6.5 @ 2.25 pinnacle Lee is 9-6, with a 2.83 ERA as he has allowed 2 runs or less in 7 if his last 8 starts (total of 10 runs) with just 2 runs allowed in his last 5 home starts. He is 1-1 with a 6.75 ERA against the padres when pitching for the Seattle but has yet to face them this year. SD has problems scoring runs so like him to contain them here. Harang is 8-2, with a 3.29 ERA as he has allowed 2 runs or less in 8 of his last 10 starts (total of 19 runs) with just 5 runs in his last 3 road starts. He is 1-1 with a 3.34 ERA in his last 5 starts against the Phillies, but with the Phillies maybe looking ahead to the series with San Francisco, they may choose to rest some players. Cleveland - LA Angels over 8.5 @ 2.16 pinnacle Carmona is 5-10, with a 5.63 ERA and though he has allowed just 5 runs in his last 3 starts, they were all on the road. He has allowed at least 4 runs in 6 of his previous 7 starts (total of 38 runs),and has allowed 15 runs in his last 3 home starts. Haren is 10-6, with a 3.10 ERA as he has allowed at lest 3 runs in 7 of his last 10 starts (total of 31 runs) with 19 runs allowed in his last 5 road starts. He has a 4.29 ERA at night compared to a very low 1.65 ERA during the day. Both pitchers are capable of giving up runs so like both teams to score to send it over. Cincinnati - NY Mets over 9.5 @ 2.18 pinnacle Leake is 8-5, with a 4.11 ERA as he has allowed 4 runs or more in 3 of his last 5 starts, inlcuding 4 runs in each of his last 2 home starts. He has a 4.79 ERA at home compared to 3.25 ERA on the road, so can see hime getting hit here. Dickey is 4-8, with a 3.80 ERA as he has allowed 4 runs in each of his last 2 starts. He is up against a good batting line up that score nearly 7 runs on average for Leake, so can see the Reds score on Dickey. St Louis - Houston over 8.5 @ 1.81 pinnacle McClennan is 6-6, with a 4.34 as he has allowedat least 3 runs in 7 of his last 10 starts (total of 34 runs) with 16 runs allowed in his last 4 home starts. He has allowed 7 runs in 2 starts against Houston this year, but with his current form not the best, can see them scoring some runs off him here. Happ is 4-11, with a 5.88 ERA as he has allowed 5 runs in each of his last 5 starts with two of these starts on the road. He is 1-5 witha 5.82 ERA against St Louis, and allowed 6 runs in the 9-2 home loss to them last month. Can see both pitchers giving up runs here July picks: 36-46 (-0.23) June picks: 53-72 (-2.95) May picks: 31-73 (-30.18) April picks: 45-56 (+2.52)
