Hello Punter's Lounge! I've added €10 to my Paddy Power account and I'll be trying to build that up as much a I can. My aim is to build up a big enough bank so that I can use some of the money to treat myself to things I currently cannot afford. I won't be going all out trying to win big money quickly. I'm going to just build up the bank slowly but surely. It's only a bit of fun really, and if I lose it all, it doesn't really matter. Anyway, I started doing this yesterday and have already made three bets. I know after-timing is not allowed, but I posted the bets on Twitter when I made them, so if anyone wants to follow me for proof, it's ConorBuckleyNGU. Hopefully I'll make some money anyway. :hope

Re: Conor's Log - €10 to Riches. Here's the first bet I made. 1) Cheltenham vs. Bristol City. (Club Friendly.) Bristol City to win @1.80 (Paddy Power) Getting straight to the point here but Cheltenham are poor, really poor. They are a young bunch of lads without many leaders. The selling of Thomas (41 appearances, 18 goals), their top goalscorer from last season, to Crawley is a massive loss. Without him they would have been relegated, no doubt about that. Anyway, onto the friendly. City are sending a strong 11 down to face Cheltenham who are still trying to get their fitness levels up. They will be introducing three trialists to the game at some point and, even though its a friendly, I just can't see how Cheltenham can win here. They drew 1-1 with Telford on Saturday but if the rumours of a strong City 11 are true, then they will have far too much in all departments.
