Newton Abbot 6.30 Storm Jack 0.5pt EW - 10/1 Point winner and started career over hurdles well with a decent 3rd. His last two runs haven't been very good, but I expect improvement in handicap company today. Cut in the ground could suit and this is a weak race. Trainer usually does well with his horses in time and I think this fella is worth a try at the price. Newton Abbot 6.30 Lord Lescribaa 0.5pt EW - 6/1 Did really well to finish 2nd lto after almost unseating early in the race. It seems the break has done him good and he has improved. Won on penultimate start and could've won latest race if he hadn't made that terrible blunder. This is a better race, but the feather weight might be an advantage. I don't see many well handicapped horses here and it probably won't take much winning.
