blackcrow
Philly -1.5 @ 2.22 pinnacle Philly -2.5 @ 2.91 pinnacle Oswalt is 3-2, with a 2.77 ERA and allowed just 1 run in the 2-0 loss to Texas in Sunday. He is 4-2 with a 3.22 ERA in his last 7 starts against New York, and he allowed 4 hits in the 3-0 win over the Mets in his only start in NY last September. With the Phillies having won 5 of their last 7 games, their bats will be looking to continue their good form with more runs as they face Capuano, who is 3-5, with a 5.36 ERA, and is 1-3 with a 4.63 ERA in his last 4 starts. He allowed 6 runs in the 7-3 loss to the NY Yankees last Saturday and it does not get any easier against the Phillies, where he is 0-2 with a 3.38 ERA in 4 starts against them. The Mets have lost 4 of their last 5 games, and have allowed 40 runs in them, so like the Phillies to score a few here Detroit -1.5 @ 2.76 pinnacle Porcello is 4-2, with a 3.08 ERA and is 4-0 with a 1.59 ERA in his last 6 starts, as he allowed 1 hit in the 2-0 win at Pittsburgh. While he is 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA in 2 starts against Boston, hard to ignore his recent form, and like him to contain their bats here. Wakefield is 1-1, with a 4.50 ERA as he allowed 1 run on 4 hits in the 5-1 win over the Chicago Cubs. He is 10-3 with a 3.51 ERA in his last 14 starts vs Detroit, but like Detroit to get to him as they look to start the series off well here. Chicago White Sox ml @ 2.23 pinnacle Chicago White Sox -1.5 @ 2.97 pinnacle Buehrle is 4-3, with a 3.92 ERA and is 3-0 with a 2.25 ERA in his last f4 starts as he allowed 2 runs in the 9-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. He is 5-2 with a 1.78 ERA in his last 8 starts against Toronto, allowing 2 runs or less in 7 of these 8 starts. Backed by a productive batting line up, like them to get to Drabek who is 3-3, with a 4.34 ERA and though he has pitched pretty well of late, he did allow 3 runs to Houston in the loss to them last Sunday, and the CWS do hit better than the Astros. Arizona -1.5 @ 2.28 pinnacle Arizona -2.5 @ 2.96 pinnacle Hudson is 5-5, with a 3.82 ERA and is 5-1 with a 2.59 ERA in his last 6 games as he allowed 2 runs in the 3-2 win over Minnesota. He has faced Houston once before and allowed 2 runs on 7 hits in the 4-3 win over them last year, and like him to do well here given his current form. Myers is 1-4, with a 5.00 ERA as he allowed 6 runs on 8 hits in the 7-5 loss at Toronto on Saturday. Their bats are struggling to hit consistently and like Arizona to come to Houston and win the opener, as they have won their last 4 of 5 games in Houston, and with the inform pitcher, and better batting line up, they are well placed to do so. St Louis ml @ 2.45 pinnacle St Louis -1.5 @ 3.31 pinnacle Westbrook is 4-3, with a 5.17 ERA and has won his last 2 starts with a very low 0.60 ERA as he allowed 4 hits in the 3-0 win at Kansas. He has won both his starts against Colorado, with a 1.23 ERA to go with it, and lke him to contain a Rockies line up that has still not got going yet. Jimenez is 0-4, with a 5.44 ERA as he allowed 3 runs in the 3-1 loss at Milwaukee. He has had less than 3 runs of support in Colorado losing 7 of his 8 starts, and though he had fared well against St Louis, he is 0-3 with a 7.36 ERA in 5 starts at home. The Cardinals have the better bats and like them to win this one Seattle -1.5 @ 2.91 pinnacle Pineda is 6-2, with a 2.16 ERA as he allowed 2 hits in the 4-0 win at San Diego. He not faced the Yankees before, which is usually an advantage as they tend to struggle against pitchers they have not seen before. Burnett is 5-3, with a 4.02 ERA as he allowed 3 runs in the 7-3 win over the Mets last Saturday. He is 2-2 with a 3.83 ERA in 6 starts against Seattle but is 0-5 with a 5.82 ERA in his last 10 road starts, and with Seattle winning 7 of their last 8 games, like them to contiue their good form here.
