San Francisco -1.5 @ 2.39 pinnacle Opening game for SF at home as they look to get back to winning ways with Sanchez on the mound. He allowed 4 runs while he struck out 8 in the 4-3 loss to the LA Dodgers, so he is looking for a better effort here, but has done well against St Louis in the past as he is 1-0 with a 2.89 ERA in 2 starts against them. The Cardinals are not hitting like they are capable of, and Westbrook may not get the support he needs. He allowed 8 runs in the 11-3 loss to San Diego, and he did give up 3 runs in the 6-3 loss to SF last year. Also SF have won 8 of the last 12 games against St Louis at home Chicago White Sox -1.5 @ 2.50 pinnacle Danks allowed 2 runs on 6 hits in the 7-1 loss at Cleveland. He has fared well against TB, as he is 5-2 with a 3.83 ERA in 7 starts, allowing 18 runs in these games. He should do well here against a TB side that has had problems with scoring runs so far this season. Shields pitched well to allow 2 runs on 4 hits in the 3-1 loss to Baltimore, but has struggled against the Chicago White Sox as he is 2-2 with a 5.05 ERA in 7 starts against them. He faces a White Sox side that has hit the ball well this season, and they are capable of doing well against him. San Diego -1.5 @ 2.95 pinnacle Richard allowed 3 runs on 5 hits in the 11-3 win over St Louis, and he is 4-0 with a 2.56 ERA in 5 starts against the Dodgers. He won all 3 starts against them last year, with a 2.21 ERA, and will like his chances of ouduelling Lilly here. Lilly allowed 4 runs in the 10-0 loss to Sa Francisco but like SD here, as the Didgers laso tend to have problems hitting in SF. April picks: 8-9 (+2.63)
