Re: FIS Nordic World Ski Championships - Oslo 2011 Ski Jumping: Oslo - HS106 Anders Jacobsen vs Matti Hautamaeki 1 @ 1.676 Pinnacle 6pts Jacobsen after few weeks break (his wife born child) back and took some good places in WC events. But his the best performance was at norwegian natioanal championship in... Oslo. He took a gold jumping on a large hill 2 times farther than official hill record. I hunt for some good odd for winning at 134, but here at 106 hill I like him in dueal with Hautamaeki. Hautameki has better results this season than I expected, but still he is very irregular player. And he likes fly, he took silver olimpic medal on normal hill in Pragelato, but he prefers large one. I like Anders here. Tom HILDE vs Kamil STOCH 2 @ 2.15 Centrebet 5 pts Hilde was better than Stoch in 3 last competitions, but all of them took place on hils over 200 m. Stoch isn't a good flyer, but in that 3 events he alwasy was 11, for him it was really great places on such a big hills. After great summer season when Stoch was in top 3 all events he took place, he has poor begining winter season and fired in Zakopane where he won 3rd competition. After that he won again in Klinghental when as one from only few jumpers won with wind, and 2 times took 6th position on large hill. He has strong legs and good rebound, I hope he will be black horse on a small hill. Gregor Schlierenzauer - Thomas Morgenstern 1 @ 1.85 Centrebet 5 pts When we take a look at last starts of Gregor considering WC events and qualifications results are rally imprsive: 13-02-2011 Vikersund NOR World Cup HS225 1 12-02-2011 Vikersund NOR World Cup HS225 1 06-02-2011 Oberstdorf GER World Cup Team HS213 1 05-02-2011 Oberstdorf GER World Cup HS213 3 04-02-2011 Oberstdorf GER Qualification HS213 5 02-02-2011 Klingenthal GER World Cup HS140 5 01-02-2011 Klingenthal GER Qualification HS140 1 30-01-2011 Willingen GER World Cup HS145 5 29-01-2011 Willingen GER World Cup Team HS145 1 28-01-2011 Willingen GER Qualification HS145 1 I think finally after injury he has back to great form. Maybe he is till little irregular, but his jumps are obviously better than in first part of season, when he has good only single jumps. When Gregor starts to jump much better, Thomas stops to show such a great jumps as at the begining of the season. Ok he is still top player, almost always in top 10, but last time he won in Harrachov 9th January.Last week after 5th place in Vicersund he won WC clasiffication, but he little loose from his great form from the begining. I see Gregor as a clear favourite here.
