Reasoning The Canuks haven't been that impressive overall but on home ice they've been kings, as expected: they've recorded four wins (one after regulation) and one OT loss in five home games so far outscoring opponents 17-8. Special teams have been a strong suit for Vancouver as their pp is at 22.9% and pk at 83.8%. The Devils have been the worst team after most have played 12games: they've lost nine games (one after regulation) from 12 games played. That's not surprising as they've scored the least amount of goals at 20 and allowed 2nd most at 39. Special teams have also been struggling with pp at 7.7% and pk at 81.8%. New Jersey's inury problems continue and also Parise is out of this game. Canucks with more minor problems with more notably two defensemen Hamhuis and Ballard questionable for this game. Both of the goalies have been in good form, Luongo save% at .907 and Brodeur save% at .905. Home advantage is huge and you can't ignore the Devils' bad form. Also Brodeur has been playing bad against the Canucks losing six out of last seven meetings. Vancouver to win this one in regulation shouldn't be too far off.

Event Toronto Maple Leafs - Ottawa Senators
Selection Toronto Maple Leafs (-1.5) (Asian-handicap)
Strength 10/10

Reasoning Toronto has been struggling of late losing five games of last six played. Their offense has been the problem as they've allowed only 10 goals during those six games. Special teams have been so-so with pp at 11.9% and pk at 84.8%. Ottawa has been playing little better of late winning three games out of last five played. Still notable that in both loses they were left scoreless and in the wins all opponents scored atleast two goals, definetely not that impressive. Special teams have been good with pp at 15.0% and pk at 85.1%. This is the second meeting between the heated rivals and Toronto took the first one by a 5-1 score. This is the perfect place for Toronto to get back on winning ways as they usually play very good against Ottawa (Maple Leafs have won 6/7 of the same fixture during last two season). Yeah, needless to say home advantage is huge in this case and should carry Toronto to an another impressive win against shaky Ottawa defense.
