Re: International Friendlies > 2012
think imight just follow u on israel. best price now 2.05 and shortening.Israel at 2.1 against Belarus seems a good bet. Belarus have selected quite a weak squad and left out some of their best players including Alexander Hleb and Rodionov also a lot of the Bate Borisov regulars have not been selected usually they are the back bone of their team. Israel are fairly strong and have some star names such as Nacho rubin kazan and tomer Hemed Mallorca aswell as Benayoun West Ham who has been recalled. So I fancy them to beat an under strength Belarus. -

Re: Ligue 2 > 9th November - 12th November
FWIW, I was informed by the admin that if you don't see a thread, feel free to open it yourself. So I take it, as long as you can manage that thread, you should be good to go.Aidymac Would it be possible to open also a topic for French Ligue Nationale? Actually, there are some interesting clashes each match day and, I guess, this league deserves an own topic. Thanks in advance! -

Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys)
Hows the game going' date=' is Anzhi dominating at least?[/quote'] not really. boring match. anzhi a little lucky. -
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys) everyone happy?
-
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys) FWIS guys, I saw west brom price shorten a lot before the game when the liverpool B team was announced pre-game and guess what, liverpool B actually won. Not saying this means liverpool wins here. INSTEAD, price movements against you are not the end of the world. It doesnt mean your team will definitely loose. Price = speculation just like with oil, stock markets.

Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys)
have to agree that is a little on the low side where value is concerned but dont be disheartnened. Maybe anzhi will win and so will you and all these theories will remain just that. Theories. If u have a big stake on try laying it in-play. Hoefully u come out ahead.I got them at 1.66 :cry -
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys)
Sheep everywhere. I guess best is to see how the game proceeds and then act accordingly in-play. Guess, we are shocked since when the price was at 1.7ish everone took it with big stakes expecting to drop further (and then laying it.). But its gone in the opposite direction and a lot of punters are now worried. Personally, I am not. Everygame has these weird price movements. Sometimes, bookies balancing their bookies, other times punters acting on insider tips which are false. But i am sad that i didnt enter the market at the optimal time. ;)Well that's probably what a lot of people are doing .... Anzhi opened at 2'ish... They were hammered down to 1.7'ish. (Can't remember the exact odds) it stands to reason IMO Liverpool would see a lot of attention as their odds rose because its a numbers game. -
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys)
theories 25th of may had been posting above. russian mafia and what not. Personally, I think anzhi has bucket loads of cash and aspiration of becoming a great club so I dont believe it myself. However, I will be cautious and will keep a lookout on the news before i hedge my bet.Tbh I agree with the post from 25th of May above..... Suspecting of what though??? -
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys)
Bookmakers adjust their odds to fall in line with each other. Just because its gone up doesn't necessarily mean there's anything sinister involved IMO. Flow of money one way or the other' date=' or whichever way the wind blows could be the reasoning. Get on the inflated odds would be my advice if there's nothing obvious. Anzhi opened at just over evens anyway so the odds have still gone down.[/quote'] bookies tend to follow the exchange. But you are mostly right. However, when the direction in which the exchange price moves is opposite to the direction in which it SHOULD move, one has reason to be suspecting. -
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys) Well, this liverpool B-side may not be as bad as we believed. Afterall, it beat west brom away as well as young boys away. I still dont know why the drift as think anzhi is still strong.

Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys)
lolProbably the bookmakers trying to unsettle people. Happy to let my Anzhi bet ride, but if I see Hiddink starting up front I might start to panic :lol -
Re: Group A > 8 November (Anzhi, Liverpool. Udinese, Young Boys) anyone has an explanation/theory for the drift? (now @1.92 pinnacle)

Re: Group G > Nov 7 (Barcelona, Benfica, Celtic, Spartak Moscow)
Sorry' date=' that's for Barcelona - Celtic[/quote'] off topic but have u ever had trouble withdrawing from betsafe? heard lots of complaints. -
Re: Group D > Nov 6 (Man City, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Ajax)
:cigarMAN CITY V AJAX PREVIOUS GAME - Ajax's second goal was an error on mancini's part. Third goal was lucky. But ajax were great on the night too. They took advantage of mancini's errors. Man city also lacked pace and width, they lacked fizz. In short, they lacked David Silva. city out of form - Last season, City plundered 36 goals in their first 10 games - but over the same course, they have managed only 18 this year. west ham should have won against man city. onside goal disallowed. man c failing to score with tevez, szeko, balotelli, nasri, toure all on pitch with aguero joining at end. man c dressing room issues. manager leaving for monaco? Individuals not playing for the team? Maybe home adv will help man c get it together but I am not holding my hopes high. It may just get worse if ajax score first. INJURIES - they matter in champions league where the gap between teams is small. Defender Joleon Lescott (back) and midfielder James Milner (hamstring) are the latest additions to the casualty list after both failed to make the side against West Ham on Saturday. Right-backs Micah Richards (knee) and Maicon (foot) and midfielders David Silva and Jack Rodwell (both hamstring) are again missing, while defender Kolo Toure is not registered for the competition. With lescot out, It is likely that Matija Nastasic will start alongside Kompany at center back but with 19-year-old Nastasic still gaining experience at the top level, he will feed off of a strong performance from Kompany. I also dont see how nastasic can replace lescott, especially against cristian eriksen (lescott was all over the place in the previous meeting but I am sure a player of his calibre wouldnot have made the same mistakes twice. So nastasic here is a liability for me). ajax loss to vitesse - vitesse are no mugs. They are number 3 in the dutch league. A much better position than west ham, I am sure you would agree. Before the Ajax game, Vitesse had been staging scintillating shows week in week out. They have a brilliant record on the road, yet to drop a single point while playing away from home. They have an overall record of 10 played, 6 won, 3 drawn and 1 lost." Conclusion - City are at home. But ajax came close to getting a point in dortmund. People say its a must win game for city. Well, realistically, its a MUST NOT lose game for ajax. And I am sure ajax's best defence is attack. City might need to throw caution to the wind but De Boer has no intention of telling his side to sit back to soak up pressure. The former Holland defender said: "We are not going to throw it open but it is not our way to play defensively. We want to show the way we play at Ajax, whether it is at home or away.'' City may as well win but I think +1.25 @2.06 pinnacle is best bet. Would have taken it @1.85, will take it at over evens. Against city's defense, I think ajax will score one goal. City will need to score three to beat my bet. Not sure they can in the curret form. Will city score more than two in current form, without playmaker silva, and with having to help out at the back as well. -

India vs England - Test Series

Re: India vs England - Test Series England defeated india at home then crumbled against pakistan in subcontinent conditions. But I am sure they would have learnt their lesson as it was many months ago, and they had ample time to prepare. plus the t20 worldcup tournament in the subcontinent must have helped them.
