Re: Australian Open Tennis 2012 Livescore Thread Watching the Novak - Ferrer match live on Bwin and with the score 6-4, 3-4, 0-15 in Djokovic's favour for some reason the score popped up at 1.85 for the Serb to win! Couldn't believe it considering he started at around 1.10 and he is a set up. Was over over it like a rash and within minutes it had dropped to 1.42. He has just broke for 6-5 in the second! Happy Days!!!

Re: NBA Week 4. (Mon 16th)
Had the Magic done myself, talk about absolutely destroyed!!!! A franchise low total of points against the C's missing two of their best players (Rondo & Allen) & who had lost 6 of the last 8. :( Knocked a nice wee quad bet I had! :wallNBA 11-12 / 10W - 10L Magic @ Celtics Boston tonight without Rondo, Pietrus, Ray Allen, Dooling, Wilcox. Orlando should cover -5,5 @ 1.91 William Hill rather easily. -
Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012
Fancy this line myself but just to let you know Victor Chandler have the line at 21/20 which is much better than anyone else like PP & Ladbrokes @ 8/11.5/10 Del Potro -5.5 games tb. Kohlschreiber @ 1.77 12Bet See above :). -
Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012
Hi bigson22. Thanks for the info. Unfortunately' date=' I've committed myself to bet365 for my Australian Open glory hunt as that's where my money was. I might split the funds up over the next few days but that'll depend on how things go tonight :unsure[/quote'] No problem m8, I had even forgot to tell you what bookie it was with lol, had to add it was pinnacle!! That's what happens when you have a few shandies on a Friday nite! GL with your bets! :ok -
Captain, nice write up just a note on the Hewitt-Raonic match, you can get the 5.5 handicap with Pinnacle @ 2.05 at the moment compared to 1.91 you have mentioned.Milos Raonic (-5.5) v Lleyton Hewitt - £40 @10/11 My most confident pick but I've decided to keep stakes level at the moment. I'll change that after tonight (might have to be all in on just one bet!) but anyway, Hewitt was rubbish against a half fit Roddick and I just don't see him coping against Raonic whose serve is monstrous. The Canadian will thrive in the atmosphere on Rod Laver almost as much as the Australian and I think he'll get the job pretty quickly. Could take four but the line allows for that. -
Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012
ImLovingIt - I think Dylan might be pulling your leg m8!:loonWhat happened with Bogolov? Don't think you mentioned that yet. -
Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012 So has mine, £100 returned to my account. Thought that was going to be the easiest £83 I would have ever made ffs! :wall

Took a number of bets earlier, mostly covered but will jot them down anyway in a few. Not watching any tennis or scoreboards tonight though.........:lol -
Re: PL Golf Competition (Week 2) Good early shout on those selected Colsaerts (kevshat, boybroon, claretkid & bestmate), 7 under & 3 shots clear! :ok Long way to go tho!
-
Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012 I'm loving it - the way Roddick is playing if he goes a break down in the 3rd he will retire, he is playing on one leg. Your bet will be void then! :wall

Re: Australian Open Tennis 2012 Livescore Thread :nana Job done, won to love 6-3 in the 5th. 3-1 with Bodog gives me a good we lift, that will help with the losses like everyone else on Andujar!

Re: Australian Open Tennis 2012 Livescore Thread Some interesting reading in the night's activities, sorry I missed it lads but as much as I will tennis I wouldn't get up on my day off work at 3-4am!!!!! The Bogo - Llodra match sounded a cracker! Really enjoying the Troicki - Kukus match here, have the Kuk backed and he is serving for the match, go on you good thing!!!

Re: Tennis: Australian Open 2012 Xios - I think you have more change of seeing Lord Lucan riding past your window on Red Rum chasing Gary Glitter in a mankini than getting a 30 person tennis bet up ffs! Fair play to you for trying tho!

Re: Australian Open Tennis 2012 Fishy, done Del Potro as an outsider for the Aust. open myself, was very impressed with him in the Davis Cup final and he looked to be back to his best. Although he lost to both Ferrer & Nadal he could have easily won both matches on another day and I immediately backed him at 25-1. The draw was fortunate for him avoiding bigs guns such as Novak, Murray, Tsonga etc and agree with you that I think if he gets Rafa he will beat him. His loss to Baghdatis in Sydney surprised me, i must admit I never saw it, but would put it down to rustiness with it being only his 2nd match this year and Baghdatis had already played 5 hard matches. Was thinking of backing Murray outright as he finished last season well before his injury at the O2, already has a title under his belt and out of the big 4 I would say he is most in form. However I don't like the look of his draw and this has given me reservations???? Decisions Decisions??? Still think i'll back him with Bodog @ 6-1!

Re: Tennis 8th-15th Jan
Never in doubt!! :nanaThink this is a great bet for tomorrow ; - Fish vs Melzer : Over 22.5 games @ 2.09 Pinnacle (7/10) These two players have played each other 5 times with Melzer surprising leading 4-1in H2H, though none of these matches were last year when Fish really found his game. The one fact from the 5 games that really sticks out is each went to 3 sets and easily beat the above line. Both are good enough servers, especially Fish and i expect to see very few breaks of serve on a quick court. Again both had good results in their first game in this exhibition beating Tsonga & Raonic so they seem to have found a bit of form after a few shakey results each but with this line as it is even a 7-6 6-4 covers it so i'm backing it with confidence. -

Re: Tennis 8th-15th Jan
Some great picks Czech, done Nieminen & GGL and threw in the over 21.5 games in the Radwanska-Wozniacki game for a nice wee lift. Keep them coming m8!This is becoming tougher with each day. Normal stakes everywhere once again, but I reckon there is value in everything here. Good days are usually followed by bad days (like 0-5 alright), so take care. I am in for another lollercoaster though. Again, you have been warned. Garcia-Lopez to beat Mannarino @ 2.62 with bet365 Ok, Mannarino beat Anderson. Big deal. Apparently that means that he deserves to be priced at around 1.60 against someone who has achieved much more than him and who is twenty places above him. Not jumping on that wagon. I mean look - that guy is still losing to the likes of Zopp, Andreev or Rosol! Nieminen to beat Stepanek @ 2.35 with Pinnacle Something is not right here and I am willing to find out. In fact, I want to find out. That match in Brisbane was pretty close imo, the result was misleading. Since then, Stepanek got injured and nearly lost to Malisse. Nieminen 4 easy wins against crap players. Phew, 2.35? Sign me in. -
Re: NBA Week 2 (Mon Jan 2.)
:nana Line well covered!!! Hope ppl were on it?Great bet tonight i feel : - Suns vs Bucks @ 1.962 over 185 points, Pinnacle, 8/10 pts The Suns are notoriously high scoring team, particularly at home and I couldn't believe this line was so low. Last year the Suns would have been regularly 210-220 so i'm on this straight away! -
Re: Tennis 8th-15th Jan Sydney/ Hobart My main tip for tomorrow and one I will be hitting hard ; - 7/10 Muller - Mayer : Muller @ 2.34 (Pinnacle) This is a match between two players who had good years last year, both with big serves, more so Muller, and I think his better serve will pay dividends on a fast court. They have never played each other but Muller has much more experience on the hard stuff and run Andy Murray very close last week in Brisbane and we saw how well Murray was playing. I don't expect many breaks of serve and could easily finish 7-6, 7-6. Mayer has only played once in 2012 and that was last week in Brisbane when he retired after losing the 1st set to Denis Istomin with a groin injury and this might affect his ability to play a long game. Pinnacle pay out if the match completes the 1st set so might be better backing with Unibet (2.08) or Bwin (2.10) who pay out on who goes through in the event of retirement. But in any event I expect Muller to reach the 2nd round.
