  1. Re: BBOTD ~ Sat Thirsk 4:45: Los Nadis 1 Point Win. 7,5 @ BET365 7 Years old, german horse. Despite its age, Los Nadis only got 45 runs. It finished first 6 times, second 7 og third 6 times. Jockey Tudhope was won 13,44 % of his 186 races. This race will be his fifth today. :hope Last Bet Was A No Runner.

  2. Re: Denmark SAS Ligaen 2011

You really believe that? I know they drew 2-2 recently, but I've seen both teams play a few games over the last year or so, and seen nothing to suggest that OB are strong enough to challenge for the title. The finished 2nd last year, but were 26 points behind Copenhagen - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010%E2%80%9311_Danish_Superliga
The main difference between, last season og this one is that OB, got a much better squad and Fc Copenhagen, lost some importent players. FC Copenhagen might win again, but not whit a 26 point lead. Not even close.

GoodWood 2:05 Free For All (15' date=00) @ BET365 The horse Free For All, are ridden by jockey Richard Hughes today. Irish-born Hughes is a jockey with confidence after a great season, so far. He has participated in 373 races, of whom 66 were won and 101 ended in place. Today he will ride the 4 year old brown gelding. This relatively young horse are among the youngest in this race, reserved for horses over 3 year. Free For All, has so far only 6 races in the legs, of which 2 were won and 2 ended with place. Jockey Richard Hughes, was on the horse in its second victory. The track is currently Goodwood. This legendary course in Sussex, attracts about 100.000 participants, at the big races. The surface is grass, which suits jockey Richard Hughes well. This is his 348 race at Goodwood, and he is the most successful jockey at this track, with 57 victories and 137 placements. THIS IS MY FIRST HORSE RACING POST/TIP, CRITICISM APPRECIATED!! :hope:ok

4.50 Goodwood - 1pt win Chachamaidee @ 5/1 (VC) - BOG I think this price is quite generous for a filly with rock solid form in the book. The hood has been applied for her latest two runs and it seems to have got a little bit more out of her, and I think she has a huge chance now. Her runs this year have been excellent, as her first run can be easily excused having probably needed it, and still ran well enough to be 3rd of 11 behind I'm A Dreamer over a trip that probably just stretched her. Her first run with the headgear saw her get her head in front at York when beating Kakatosi by 1 1/2l. Her run in the Windsor Forest stakes at Royal Ascot was also very good. She travelled like a dream in the rear and looked the likely winner before swamped by Lolly For Dolly's surging run up the stands rail. It was still a strong effort and suggested the step back to 7f won't inconvenience her at all. First City was 3rd and has franked the form since and so has the 4th horse, Sajjhaa, so it's working out well, and I think it's the best piece of form in the race today. She's third in on official ratings, but I couldn't take the gamble on Memory, and Maqaasid was well beaten last time in a race which Windsor Forest runners did well in. I think Sir Henry Cecil's filly will take some beating.
    Cheers mate!!! Execellent call :clap:ok
  6. Re: France - Ligue 2 (29 July-1 August) BASTIA - ISTRES: 1 (1,91) @ BWIN After a long and well deserved summer vacation, the legendary Ligue 2 starts again. Bastia from Corsica, should only use a single season in the Championnat National, before they again became part of Ligue 2 Bastia dominated CN, the whole season and especially at home at Stade Armand Cesari, they were unbeatable. They went through the whole season without a single defeat. The question is whether they can maintain the confidence they have built up in the Championnat National. Istres had approved last season when the south of France team secured a spot in the center of the table. A repetition of the holding must be regarded as a success. Both Bastia and Istres, is typically French in the sense that they perform much better at home than on the road. Particularly Bastia, are strong at home in Corsica and, if everything goes there way, they can build a statistic like their local rivals from Ajaccio had last season. Istres seems to be an obvious bid for a good start to the season for Bastia. Istres has never won a single match at Corsica, when Bastia was the opponent. In their 11 previous meetings, Bastia has won the 10 and 1 ended in a draw. Bastia. Bastia has manage to keep their players in this transfer window. They have even strengthened the team with the experienced Jerome Rothen, who is thought a leading role at the midtfield. It must have given coach Frederic Hantz great working conditions over the summer and optimal opportunities to build on the success of teams he had created in the Championnat National. Istres. Istres have a limited history of French football Division. They started on their 16 seasons in Ligue 2 and they just succeed once, to play in Ligue 1. It was not a positive experience, and after just one season and 36 points, they were again an Ligue 2 team. Istres had approved last season, which featured a beautiful 11 place. Whether they can improve it, I doubt but to succed, they must preform at a higher level at home. Istres has often shown signs of weakness, on foreign grass and with just 7 wins at the Stade Pars Main, last season, there is no room for mistakes. Istres've had a few replacements this summer. The defensive talent and French U-national team player Lejeune has been sold to Villarreal and the forward Adeilson is back at Nice, while the experienced defense Mamadou Doumbia, in Le Mans. Coach Jose Pasqualetti has been in North Africa to secure some substitutes. Bastia Squad. Magno Macedo Novas, Dumè Agostini, Gaël Angoula, Sans Matthieu, Fethi Harek, Jeremy Choplin, Gilles Cioni, Jacques-Désiré Périatambée, Ludovic Genest, Wahbi Khazri, Salim Moizini, Yannick Cahuzac, Jerome Rothen, Sadio Diallo, Yassin El-Azzouzi, David Suarez. Absence. Frederic Hantz got no injuries and suspensions. Istres Squad. Petric, Menetrier, Kehiha, Barrillon, Chelle, Flégeau, Robin, Tarasconi, Melliti, Coulibaly, Fettouhi you Préville, Yahia Cherif, Palmieri, Akrour, Nouri. Absence. Jose Pasqualetti must see past the defender Claude Dielna (Regular).

  7. Re: France - Ligue 2 (29 July-1 August) Sedan - Nantes (Over 2,5 Goals): 2,30 @ Bet365. Ligue 2 starts off with a meeting between 2 teams with big ambitions. Sedan are among the favorites to move up to Ligue 1, while Nantes got a lot to prove to their loyal fans. Sedan began the season with a victory in the League Cup against Monaco while Nantes had to go in extra time against Reims. I think that both teams would be keen to take all 3 points in the first match of the season, and especially Sedan, would attack from the start. It will be interesting to see if Landry Chauvin can use his knowledge about his former club to help nantes with a good start to the season.

  8. Re: Denmark SAS Ligaen 2011 Lyngby - SønderjyskE: Over 2,5 Goals (2,07) @ 188BET Two teams who probably will fight against relegation all season. In last season ended all 3 inter showdown 1-0 but they have the habit to play entertaining matches with many goals. In their 10 previous showdown, there's scored 33 goals, giving an average of 3.3 goals per game. Both teams lost the first match this season, so the motivation for a win should be at it highest. Lyngby & SønderjyskE secured themselves some good players in this transfer window. Both managers can choose from a full & strongest squad. Lyngby, however, are still without new purchases Mikkel Bischoff. AAB - AGF: 2 (3,50) @ Stan James Denmark is divided in 3 major islands. On the largest of them is this a rival showdown. Both teams have great traditions in the Danish league, but the last few years have been tough on both clubs. AAB won there last championship 3 years ago but the last few years, they been struggling in the bottom of the table. AGF moved up in the league this summer and seems to be well equipped to ensure survival. AAB has lost several of their big players and they're have serious money problems, so the new players or no way near the standart of the ones who left the club. AGF, by contrast, secured them self some top players with international experience and who have previously played at the big teams in Denmark. AAB is missing one of there best players in Rasmus Wurts, while AGF is whitout there goalkeeper Steffen Rasmussen & midtfielder Hjalte Nørregaard. The lost of goalkeeper Steffen Rasmussen, is not as severe as feared, as the new reserve David Ousager has emerged as a good replacement. GOOD LUCK :hope:hope:cigar

  9. Re: Denmark SAS Ligaen 2011

Hi all, This Evening sees the return of AGF Aarhus to the top flight after a few years away. They were mainstays in the top tier for over 60 years until relegation but dominated the second tier last season and return with a few big names. Former Danish international Martin Jorgensen is one such player and the addition of Soren Larsen brings goalscoring prowess after spells in the German, French and Dutch top flights. The atmosphere should be great as it is the first game back in the big league. I see this as the perfect chance to get a quickfire 3 points on the board with the fans surely becoming the 12th man. I do not have an in-depth knowledge of Danish football and would be very grateful to anyone with further information on this match as I am considering the home win at odds of 10/11. What is the atmosphere expected to be like and how have the current squads built up to the new season? I have researched online but there is nothing like some honest inside knowledge of the teams from a follower of danish football. Thanks
I didnt see your post intill today. Among the danish betting sites, there where a wide recognition, that AGF, as they are called, would win. They build up a strong team, whit players like Martin Jørgensen (Former Fiorentina & Udinese), Søren Larsen (Toulouse & Schalke 04), Hjalte Nørregaard (Fc Copenhagen, Heerenveen), Søren Berg (OB, Viking), David Devdariani (Followed by the major danish teams), Mark Howard (Former Man United Youth), Adam Eckersley (Man United Youth) And experienced forward Peter Graulund (Brøndby, Bochum). ;)
  10. Re: Denmark SAS Ligaen 2011 The danish superliga is set to start this weekend. I will come whit a few bets, who in my opinion hold some great value. Brøndby IF - AAB: 1 (1,95) @ Betsafe. Brøndby are desperate for a new championship. Its been 6 years since the last title and the players and fans will do everything in there power to win it. Brøndby got a new player in Mikkel Thygsen, who are among the best midtfieldsers in the league. AAB, had a decent season warm up. But whit no money, no real strengs up front and the lose of there 3 best players, they are gonna struggle again this season. The former Champions League contesters are far from previews glory and whit a former Brøndby manager, who prefer at defensiv attitude, they will be fighting to secure the one point.

3:30 Lingfield - Avon Blaise - 1/2pt EW @ 125/1 Victor Chandler This 4yo debutant is 33/1 at a couple of firms, yet VC have her priced up at nearly 4x that. She is the 2nd foal of Blaise Castle, so is the older half sister of this year's Cheshire Oaks 2nd Blaise Chorus. Whilst she has little chance of Godolphin or Hamdam al Maktoum colours in this race this afternoon, her price at VC still means you get 25/1 for the place part, meaning she needs win the 6-winner race w/o the front 2 in the market. Given the other 5 horses include a seemingly regressive filly (Galloping Queen), a once raced filly (Pani Ash) whose only run at 2 wasn't good enough to even generate a RPR, another debutant (Cinematique), and a twice raced maiden (Aaranyow) who has been weakening quickly over shorter trips, then I am plenty tempted to take a chance at the price that she can get the better of the only other runner (Lupa Montana) to show any promise.
Im new in this horse racing bzns, but this one looks to good, to turn down. :hope :cigar

  13. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers: 7-8 June The world No 4 Germany travels to Baku, where the world No 108 Azerbaijan er host Germany needs a victory in the former Soviet republic of Azerbaijan, to secure a place in next summer's European Championship finals. They will proplerly win, but the question is how big will their victory be? Azerbaijan is too many in the Western world, an unknown location in Asia. However, a small portion of the north, which stretches into Europe through the Caucasus mountains, which means that they are regular participants in the European qualifying rounds. Their geographical location has through the ages, proved to be to their advantage because the other teams have had to travel several hours and through different time zones. For the Germans they will have a time difference by 3 hours from Berlin to Baku. The German players are obviously top professionals but there is a big difference to travel south of the border to Austria and play under conditions simular to germany, than there is to travel as far east as possible to a former communist state, led by an authoritarian regime. Politics and sport do not go hand in hand but its history and present condition, can sometimes affect the game on the pitch. Azerbaijan has already benefited from these conditions when the larger teams have been visiting. A look at their previous match against top seeded teams in Baku, gives an impression that they rarely lose big and they even sometimes take 1 or all 3 points. 1-1Portugal (2000) 0-1Sverige (2002) 0-1Tyrkiet (2002) 0-2Italien (2004) 0-1England (2006) 0-2Portugal (2008) 2-0Tjekkiet (2009) 1-1Rusland (2009) 0-2Tyskland (2009) 1-0Tyrkiet (2010) Azerbaijan. The former Soviet state, has had a difficult first half of the qualifiers for the European Championship finals in Poland / Ukraine in 2012. They have their first 5 games just one single victory. It came however at home in the capital Baku, via a 1-0 victory and Turkey. To their defense, was it there only home game in this qualification os far. The leading man in Azerbaijan, is former German top player Berti Vogts. He knows more then anyone what they can expect from the German side and a better coach is unlikely to lead the small football nation to a respectable result against his countrymen. His stay in Azerbaijan has not exactly been a great success for Berti Vogts, who only led the nation with 5 wins on the 2 years he has been there. It has made him unpopular in the country but the president of the national federation, still support Vogts as coach. Azerbaijan plays material is entirely from the home, league. This makes my knowledge of them very limitet. The team is comprised primarily on young players in the mid 20s and only 2 are over 30 Germany. My neighbors south of the border, are as expected close to secure yet another finals participation. The only thing standing in their way now, is the worlds No 108 However, it appears not to be any problem for the Germans to take all 3 points but Joachim Löw & Co. knows the match in Baku wouldent be a walkover, as the reverse match in Germany, wich they won 6-1 in Cologne. Löw must struggle to ignore the established players like Tim Wiese, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Sven Bender, Sami Khedira, Simon Rolfes, Christian Trasch, Miroslav Klose and Marco Reus. After their depature, there was room for U21 players Lewis Holtby and Sebastian Ruby in the squad. Germany travels to Baku with a relatively inexperienced squad, since only 5 players have played 25 matches or more

  14. Re: U21 Championship 2011 Denmark got a pretty decent team this year. Goalkeepers. Jonas Lössl, FC Midtjylland. Mikkel Andersen, Reading FC. Nicklas Wier Højlund, Lyngby BK. Defenders. Poland - Argentina Poland To Score First 2,5 @ Bet365 Argentina is playing, whit the reserves today in Poland. The same squad, who played in the fixet match against Nigeria. Poland, will play there best, whit the best squad available and in front of the home crowd, they will give nothing away. And whit only 2 defetes in the last 2 years, both away from home against an argentinan side, who have not won in the last 3 matches, i see a great value in Poland to score first. :ok
    Thank you Mr. Mierzejewski :nana
