  2. Re: Italy - Serie A - 27-28 August

Yes I know, But Palermo sold Sirigu, Pastore, Bovo and Cassani (today to Fiorentina) New players have no same quality, and Mr. Pioli needs time to construct a team, major problem are in defense, Cassani and Bovo are regular, maybe Mantovani e Silvestre will play but They need time. Friendly match have not been good, and EEL too.
Could you please post a link, whit their friendly fixture?? Cheers :ok
  3. Re: Italy - Serie A - 27-28 August

Novara - Palermo 1 (@3.1) bf 2 points Palermo has sold Pastore and Sirigu still do not buy new players, Yesterday they sold also defender Bovo to Genoa, They will buy in last days but this match is on Sunday, so Mr. Pioli has not the time to improve is team and overall is defense, President Zamparini has been criticised by supporters, Novara await this moment from a lot of year, they play on a sintetic field and this will be an advantage for them, and for thei offensive football, Novara maintains quite the same team of last year, they added players like Paci and Dellafiore in defense. Also Mr. Tesser is known to make a strong phisical preparation and their team often start season very well
Palermo got a lot of new players. Gonzalez (Novara), Cetto (Tolosa), Milanovic (Lokomotiv Moscow), Zahavi (Hapoel Tel Aviv), Simon (Haladas), Labrin (Huachipato), Pisano (Varese), Munari (Lecce), Lanzafame (Brescia), Mantovani (Chievo), Lores (Defensor), Silvestre (Catania), Malele (FC Zurich), Peralta (Nacional) :welcome Btw
  4. Re: France - Ligue 2 - 26-29 August Angers - Reims: Over 2,5 (2,20) @ Bet365 Angers got an avarage of 4 goals a game, while Reims are 2,75 a game. The last 10 matches between these two teams at Angers, are 2,90 goals. Both teams forwards got a great start of the season. New man i front, Ghilas scorede 2 goals allready, while all forwards in the angers squad, except new man Tamboura, got a goal or two, too there name. :hope

  5. Re: Carling Cup > 23-25 August

A bit of info FWIW. I know someone who works in the offices at Shrewsbury Town. Reportedly Swansea telephoned yesterday to say they were putting out a complete reserve side, and it may be good PR for Shrewsbury to consider dropping admission prices accordingly. Make of that what you will, and no idea whether prices have been dropped or even discussed, but have backed the Shrews.
This post got me backing Shrewsbury.. Cheers mate :ok
  6. Re: France - Ligue 2 - 19-22 August Tours got a decent start, whit two win. Since then, they lost two in a row. For the Boulogne match, they will be whitout Kévin Lejeune, Wilfried Moimbé & Abraham Guié-Guié. The youngster Yacoub Meïté are sold to Fc Sion while Romain Sartre is doubtfull. What do you guys think? Does Boulogne got what it take, to win this or will they continue to score over 2,5 goal?? :)

Doncaster - Nottingham Forest : Under 1' date=5 (3,00) @ Bet365 Doncaster takes on Nottingham Forest at Keepmoat Stadium Both teams have startet the season anything but approved. Doncaster have lost both their matches of the season. First they where a head in 83 minutes but had to see Brighton run with all 3 points. The next round was followed by a defeat by West Ham. That games was lost as expected. All 3 points whent to West Ham by a narrow 0-1 lose. It actually succeeds Doncaster defensive, to keep West Ham from any big chances. Nolan's goal after the fifth minute, was West Ham's only shot on goal. Nottingham Forest lost last season's play-off matches, and had to settle for another season in The Championship. It was too much for the board who saw no other option than to sack Billy Davies. His replacement is the former England boss Steve McClaren. His start in Nottingham, has not created optimism around the Reds. After the first 2 rounds, there is only 1 point on the line with 0 goals to follow. In the previous 10 matches between these two sides, has only produced 17 goals-This gives an average of 1.70 goals per game. Doncaster. Sean O'Driscoll & Co. saved Doncaster from relegation by just 6 points down to Preston last season. The team was driven by their offensive players in the form of Billy Sharp and James Hayter. The two scored a total of 24 Doncaster 55 goals. The two are not included in today's squad, as both had to retire from the match against Brighton. They are just 2 of many, Doncaster players who are currently at the injury list. In defense are James O'Connor, Shelton Martis, James Chambers and Adam Lockwood missing. At the midtfield iare Martin Woods, Brian Stock and Mark Wilson are also absent. Overall 9 players around the start-up. Nottingham Forest. The Reds were last season the top 6 teams that scored the lowest. This has led the club to act transfer wise. Last season's second-top scorer Robert Earnshaw, are now at Cardiff. He is replaced by former Blackburn and Olympiakos striker Matt Derbyshire and the former West Brom attack reserve Ishmael Miller. None of them got their debut yet but both are in the squad for today's match. For Ishmael Miller's case, he came to Forest yesterday. He therefore supposed not to have trained with his new teammates yet. Steve McClaren must struggle to ignore midfielder Paul Anderson. He colleague at the midtfield Radoslaw Majewski is questionable but will be tested up to the match. :hope
    0-1 FT :nana

  10. Re: France - Ligue 2 (12-15 August) Hi fellow Ligue 2 fanatics :ok What are you thoughts on Monaco - Reims? Im leaning against Monaco -1. I know they drawn both there first matches and Reims won theire but Monaco are a better team man by man and Reims might hit the wall know. Monaco only played 4 games since last season (1 friendly, 1 cup & 2 Ligue 2), that might be an excuse for their slow start. Monaco bought Guily the other day. Is he fit for the game or posible the starting line up? Cheers :clap
