If we look at this game from neutral point of view, playing against Trnava doesn´t have any logical reason. They have just created new club record - 8 victories in a row, even if they secured their Europa League spot, they don´t lack motivation because they want to overtake second Tren?Ãn and get better position in EL. On the other hand, Nitra is desperately trying to save their skin in first league, they got draw in last round in Dunajská Streda which kept them alive, but their performances in general are still way below from Trnava. You can say that every run has to end (Trnava´s victories) but anyone would bet that it is gonna happen in this round, against poor Nitra, in local derby with a lot of supporters creating home atmosphere even when playing away (maybe there won´t be so much Trnava´s supporters today, because of playing on Friday, I don´t know). Well, that was everything we can say about this game if it´s surely an ordinary league game. I think that it isn´t. I have to say that I do not usually believe in rumours but in this case I would be more careful than ever and not gonna spend money on so-called obvious winner, which Trnava absolutely looks like. I just have to admit that there might be a possibility that Trnava is not going to play on 100% today, or the game might be simply influenced by some factors. Dunajská Streda is playing away at KoÅ¡ice, it is gonna be a tough game and it´s likely that they won´t get a victory there. So, three points from today game might be crucial for Nitra. In the next round Trnava travels to Dunajská Streda, and according to my "rumours", after giving 3 points to Nitra they will do everything to take that 3 from Dunajská and become a key factor in this relegation battle, where some people might want Dunajská to relegate. Anyway, the final decision is on you, but I would rather avoid to play Trnava today. Last year this two clubs played similar game in the last rounds and strange 3-3 draw happened. I think that bookmakers are offering a decent price on Nitra so if you really want to take something, my suggestion is to try Nitra DNB or 1X, it´s up to you. I´ll post my reasons and opinions about this match tomorrow, but if you want to make bets at the moment, my advice is to play against Trnava in this round.

They are playing against Nitra, which is on the last position in the league table, so obviously they have to show that they deserve place above them. Away team is showing some good football in this part of the season, improved a lot during the winter (money improved them) and they want to gain an advantage over the last Nitra. Playing away means nothing to lose and I believe that they have intention to use Tren?Ãn´s not the best situation to make a surprise and take some points. Nitra - Ružomberok - Nitra 0 AH @1.80 MarathonBet I mean, why do not take this? Nitra is still in heavy relegation battle and need points especially at home. They failed to take any last week in Košice so they have to do it today. They don´t play bad, it´s much better than in the first half of the season and they play some solid football at their own pitch. On the other hand, Ružomberok is struggling at the moment. Especially since the moment when they fired coach Jozef Vukuši?, which was very stupid move. If Vukuši? is still in the charge, I wouldn´t play against Ružomberok, but now it´s quite good time to do it. They need points to qualify for Europa League so they also have to think about victory, but they failed to score in two last games. It´s quite unpredictable when we talk about goals market, but I wouldn´t be surprised if this game leads to some goals. Trnava - Košice - 2:0 correct score @9.60 MarathonBet Košice haven´t conceded in their last 7 games which is very impresive. But we all know that every run has to end and this day is suitable for that. It´s nice weather outside, Trnava´s stadium will be full, they won last 3 games, their morale is high. It´s a really good day to finish Košice´s run. But seriously - Trnava is playing very well at the moment and I can´t see them not to score today in front of their great supporters. Košice find it difficult to score in last games and I trust home defence more than ever. If I sum up all those things, I get home win, no goals from the guests and 2 are enough from the home team. I see nice value in playing Trnava today, it seems to me that they finally started to play some good football and in these days Myjava is a place where you can make a good result. I also agree that both worst teams, Nitra and Dunajská Streda, have once again a good opportunity to catch some points in their relegation battle. If you like accumulators, maybe you should consider taking them on +1 handicap, because I don´t think that they will lose (if they) by more than 1 goal. Today might be a day, when Žilina is finally going to achieve victory, but at these odds against solid opponent, I wouldn´t take it.

Re: Slovakia > Corgon League > 2013-14 Well, I would rather stay away from this game if I were you. I really don´t know what to predict in this game, because it seems to me very unpredictable. Myjava suffered 3-0 loss in Nitra this weekend, so it´s questionable how big influence it will have on their performance. They are favourites, but I wouldn´t put any pound on them. Zlaté Moravce suprisingly won against Ružomberok this weekend so I will not understimate them. Maybe some double chance on Zlaté Moravce is worth to consider, but it´s tought game to predict. The same for goal market.

Two draws and two tight losses against tough opponents showed better Nitra than we were used to see in first half of the season and today they have really good chance to take first three points. The reason why I´m becoming so confident about this bet is simple - the coach of Nitra, Mr. Ladislav Hudec, had been Myjava´s coach for 3 and half years before he was sacked this winter. Who knows them better than this man? What is more, I think that he still wants a kind of revenge because Myjava´s board was pretty unfair with him, because being fired after such great results, is insane. Myjava played all three spring matches at home and except of first game against Ruzomberok it wasn´t bad, even if their opponents don´t belong to the top of the table. But anyway, comparing it to the first half of the season with Hudec in charge, it is quite different and I don´t feel so confident about them. Tonight I´m choosing the safer option for home win, in case that something goes wrong, but I really believe that Myjava won´t be able to win tonight. Dunajská Streda - Žilina - over 2,5 goals @2.19 12BET The clash between two teams hungry for points, I believe that clash with couple of goals as well. Dunajská is re-born after horrible first half of the season and even if they made some points in first games, they still need a lot more. So unpredictable. But what is predictable to me, it´s their approach for the game. Their coach, former Tren?Ãn´s boss Gula, really prefers to play offensively, how we say here "to play football" :D . This is his philosophy and I´m sure he is not gonna change his mind tonight. I strongly believe that we might see some goals tonight from both sides and with these odds, it´s worth to try. We all know very well that Tren?Ãn is an overish team and today shouldn´t be different. However, the line set for over 2,5 isn´t very attractive to me, so I needed to find another kind of bet for this game. Tren?Ãn conceded (and scored as well) a goal in all his three spring matches (all of them played at home!) so we can assume that their defence is a little bit shaky at the moment. They are still a team who is mainly focused on attacking, on creating play and that leave their defence with less priority. On the other hand we have Nitra, which really have nothing to lose (also according to mid-week interview with their boss) at this stage of the season and you couldn´t be surprised when they will be trying to play forward even away from home and against such a team like Tren?Ãn is. Except of first goaless draw in Trnava, Nitra scored in the both of the games, both lost 1-2 (against Slovan and Senica) and to be honest, they weren´t far from getting some points from this games. As far as is my BTS bet concerned, that´s quite promising information. Today´s clash shouldn´t be different and we can expect them to play attacking game since the first whistle. They brought two foreign midfielders during the week, and even if I don´t know anything about them, I expect them to boost Nitra´s offensive part because of desperate need of points. In conclusion, I simply can´t see Tren?Ãn not to score today and I firmly believe that Nitra is capable of the same. Tren?Ãn is catching Slovan at first place, Nitra is catching everyone as long as they are at the very bottom of the league table. They improved their squad during the winter, they improved their performances, and even if it´s not enough to win in Tren?Ãn, it should be enough to break their not very stable defence at least once. As I said, over 2,5 isn´t tempting, it´s up to you if you try higher line like 3,5 or something. I´m looking forward, we should see some goals tonight! :hope About other matches - I really don´t have any other favourite bet tonight, I think that mikki24 said all what was needed to say and said it very well. I just think that this round may be the round when Žilina is finally going to win. Ružomberok made strange decision during the week when they changed their coach and it leaves us on doubts how the squad is going to react. At the beginning of the week I was thinking about playing against Trnava once again, but the FA changed their mind during the week and allowed them to play with supporters. Anyway, I think that Dunajská Streda +1,5 @1.72 (Betgun)could be useful for some sort of bet. As it was said, Trnava will probably have problems to break their defence and Dunajská can possibly take something from this match. What is more, I think that Ružomberok to win @1.72 (Unibet) might be quite safe bet. Košice, their today´s opponent, proved themselves as a poor traveller and home side after great game last week is deservedly favourite in this clash. Finally, I will maybe try Both to score @1.75 (Fortuna) in Nitra vs. Slovan Bratislava game. To be honest, I was hoping for better odds than this, but if you could find that higher somewhere, it might be worth to try. Slovan managed to keep clean sheet only twice in away games this season, so there might be some goals in this game. Nitra has nothing to lose, gained confidence last week against Trnava and with new manages and players they will be looking for suprise. Trnava - Nitra 0-0:clap I watched only the first half of the game, but as I hoped and expected, Nitra showed that it´s not gonna be the same team as before the winter break. They were more organized, played more responsibly and I have better impression from their game in general. I think it´s a solid start to second part of the season and it would be reasonable to check the odds on Nitra in next rounds, because this one was maybe quite high. Dunajská Streda - Košice 0-0 ;) Only the safer bet is won, but anyway I think it was a decent price. I was hoping that after the Košice´s red card home team will score a winning goal, but unfortunately it didn´t happen. On the other hand, I think that Dunajská proved my words about their possible improvement right. I have a strong feeling that this round is made up for surprises and I chose two of them - playing two worst teams of season, Nitra and Dunajská Streda. Trnava - Nitra As a Nitra´s supporter (yes, take it into consideration when playing my bets :lol), I´m obviously watching them more than any other slovak club, so I have more to say as well. As usually, Nitra screwed up the first half of the season and now they are gonna start their spring relegation battle. And I think, they will be successful once again (they used to have it almost every year). A new coach, Ladislav Hudec, is coming from Myjava and in my opinion that could be the reason number one for favouring Nitra in next rounds. He did some good job there and I think that he is able to make something out of this team. Nitra also added some experience players to their squad, because it was really young and lost in the first half of the season. New goalkeeper Putnocky (Slovan and Kosice previously), defenders Kolbas and Pillar, Augustin as a midfielder and striker Mikus, who just came home from Admira Wacker Modling. And finally, somehow they managed to bring a former player of Lyon and Sunderland, John Mensah. Unfortunately, he is not able to play today because of injury, but I´m pretty sure that at least it´s a big morale boost for other players, simply because of having such a player in your dressing room. Trnava didn´t make any significant changes during the break, so I expect them to play more or less the same football as in the first half of the season. For me, they are pretty unpredictable team and their results are hard to estimate. When you think that they are on top of their form, they will lose against a poor team next round. Anyway, they have one big loss today - closed stadium. Trnava has always a big advantage when playing home because of their great supporters, but today they have to play without them. All in all, I think there is some value in backing Nitra today, because odds look like Trnava is obvious winner in this game. This is a first round so it´s hard to make predictions, but I think that Nitra can show today that they are gonna play much more better than in the first half of the season. They didn´t change their team during the break and if their quite poor away results are gonna continue, they might have some serious trouble against motivated and enthusiastic team tonight. While being in charge of Trencin´s team, they played most attractive football in Slovakia - what is more, they tried to play football (offensive football) both at home and away. I´m sure that he makes Zilina playing this kind of football too, and that´s the reason why I expect them to play offensively today. What is important, Zilina has already played 2 competitive matches, so we had chance to see them in real action - 2 games in EL against Torpedo Kutaisi, won away 0-3 and draw home 3-3. Plenty of goals in two matches, it gives a confidence to my bet. On the other hand we have Ruzomberok, which has also new coach, Jozef Vukusic. Nitra 3-3 Trnava Crazy match, Trnave were given penalty + RC for Nitra´s defender .. Despite playing last 30 minutes with just 10 players and losing 3-1, Nitra managed to score 2 goals. Even referees couldn´t help the guests to win ..Very interesting match tonight in Slovakia. But firstly, I have to say that you should take it with small stakes, because you know, anything could happen when we talk about Slovak league. I think it´s really worth to take at these odds, because we have local derby + 2 sides which doesn´t play well in spring part of season and they desperately need points, especially last Nitra. Zlaté Moravce conceded in all 4 spring matches (0-1-3 with 3:9) and I really fancy Nitra to score at least once tonight. They don´t have very positive results too (1-0-4 with 4:10) but I believe that they are really motivated and confident after Tuesday home match against Ruzomberok, which had won 3-0. Nitra wasn´t bad at all in previous matches (was bad against Trencin and Trnava, but hadn´t play poor against Slovan and Senica IMO), so I was expecting that first 3 spring points had to come soon or later. It came at Tuesday, and if they repeat their attitude and performance, I can´t see them not to score against shaky home defence ... and of course, but not just to win my bet, I wouldn´t be surprised if poor Nitra´s defence let home side score at least one .. GL! -

Košice - Spartak Myjava 1-2 :wall Slovak league showed that sometimes it´s very unpredictable. Kosice was better in my opinion (missed penalty in 90+!!!! - at least over 1,5 could be successful), but Myjava was more effective .. Nothing is impossible, but this one will be extremely difficult. Myjava started with 1-0 loss in TrenčÃn, which is not bad result at all, but they didn´t play well in my opinion and could concede more (TrenčÃn missed penalty!). Here is nothing much to say, Košice are simply great home team, they enjoy their football, coach Kozák showed that he is the right man on his place, and today it will be another home victory - I think that it´s worth to try that Košice will score at least 2 goals, odds are not bad, and probability of this is quite high IMO. Ružomberok - AS TrenčÃn - over 2,5 goals @2.22 Marathon 14:30 CET Maybe I´m wrong, but it´s very tempting to me to take over in this one. Odds are very interesting and I would be very sad if over happens and I didn´t take him at these 2.22 . Ružomberok shocked everyone in previouse round as they had won in Senica 0-3! Absolutely sensational result, which gave him a lot of confidence, that´s for sure. And I´m also sure that after this fantastic result, they want to make another fantastic result and confirm these 3 points. Both teams have the same number of points in table, so it´s a great opportunity for home confident side to make little 3 points lead. When someone mention TrenčÃn´s game, the first thing in my mind is - hmm, over is likely to happen. Why? TrenčÃn is maybe the only team in Slovakia, who always want to win and it doesn´t care that if they play at home against the last team in table, or away from home at current leader. So it´s gonna be the same today. Today, I see two teams who want to win, so no defending, no tactical game, it could be real football! That´s just my opinion, 6 of 9 TrenčÃn away games were over, I hope that I´m right and 7th game is going to play in 3 hours. Good luck everyone!:hope -

Nitra -Trnava 3:0:clap Thanks Teodore, I´m very happy to say that this bet was correct and I hope I inspired you so we can enjoy our victory now :) . I had seen only the first half of the game and I think it was quite equal game which was decided in the second half. It´s obviously really difficult to say if Trnava gave their best or not, but I think that at some moments of the game we could see that they were less precise especially in front of opponents goalkeeper. Anyway, we have a winning bet at great price ;) As far as I´m concerned today, the best pick is definitely over 2,5 in a game between Žilina and Tren?Ãn, so I totally agree with mikki in this one. When two offensive teams meet each other, I can´t think of another possible outcome. Tren?Ãn is motivated by Trnava´s loss, so they can feel more secure at second place if they take some points from Žilina today. On the other hand, Žilina´s coach Adrian Gula is former coach of Tren?Ãn and I´m pretty sure he wants to win today more than anyone. Good luck!:hope
