  1. Re: £288 to £1200 by Sunday evening (in progress...currently £497!)

id lay it off for guaranteed money' date=' but I know you want to reach £1200[/quote'] I would but bets are with b365 so can't lay it off. As long as Arsenal don't score in the first 15 mins or so of the second half odds should go up for 1X in play to around 4.00+ and I won't be able to lose then. Additionally, might risk leaving it til 75 minutes and then put £50 on 1X so at least I'll have £50 left over to add to my winnings. Fingers crossed :hope
  2. Re: £288 to £1200 by Sunday evening (in progress...currently £497!)

And what will you do if Arsenal go 1-0 up in the 70th minute? Hope it wins for you, but its a risky bet!
Obviously its not printing money, but I really fancy this one. It's not without risk, but I think that with £100 to play with in play, the odds are slightly more in my favour to win something than not. :hope Arsenal are without Vermaelen and a few other players and Mertesacker is laughable. They have lost their last 2 games against weaker sides. Man Utd will get to see the Man City result beforehand (likely Man City win) and will be chasing that, in addition they have Smalling and Jones back with few other injury concerns. Welbeck is in great form. My only concern is Van Persie - but that's all Arsenal seem to be at the moment, a one man team.
  3. Re: £288 to £1200 by Sunday evening (in progress...currently £497!)

Good luck' date=' hope your not feeling :puke later![/quote'] I'm feeling :pukenow! I feeling strongly towards the Man Utd win, but I think with £100 to play with in play for any alternatives then I should at least win my money back. If United go 1-0 up I will put £100 on double chance Arsenal/Draw in play at decent odds to at least win back something close to £400.:ok
  4. Re: £288 to £1200 by Sunday evening (in progress...currently £497!) Ok, the plan is to put £400 on the bet below...with £100(ish) spare to cover anything in play i.e. if Man Utd are 1-0 up with 30 mins left I will hopefully take a good in play price to cover it. Just with all of Arsenal's absentees, it's too tempting at that price. Here goes... Bet 6 Arsenal v Manchester United - Manchester United @ 2.62 Stake: £400 Return: £1050 :hope:hope:hope

  5. Re: £288 to £1200 by Sunday evening (in progress...currently £497!)

Looking great so far! Why don't you bank £100? :) At least then you can have another go if you lose and still make profit!:clap Good luck anyway!
Thanks. I'm considering banking £100....if the £400-odd bet comes in then I'll be up £100 on top of the winnings anyway. On the other hand, I'm strongly considering all of it on Man Utd to win later at 2.62 which would get me over the £1200 mark! :unsure
  6. Ok, so this is a bit naughty re the rules but I've already started this. I started with £20 at around 3pm today and have built it up to £288.75 with a couple of in play bets and a bet on the Huddersfield v Brentford game. All bets with b365. All in each bet. Bets that I have already done as follows: Bet 1 (In Play) Fulham v Newcastle - 62 mins - Fulham to score 4th goal @ 2.75 **WON** Stake: £20 Return: £55 Screenshot: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/854/img1ki.jpg/ img1nz.jpgimg1nz.jpgimg1nz.jpg Bet 2 (In Play) Fulham v Newcastle - 75 mins - Over 5.5 Goals @ 1.90 **WON** Stake: £55 Return: £105 Screenshot: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/821/img2ae.jpg/ Bet 3 Huddersfield v Brentford - First Half Goals Over 1.5 @ 2.75 **WON** Stake: £105 Return: £288.75 Screenshot: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/267/img3fo.jpg/

  7. Re: England > Weekend > Barclays Premier League > 21-22 January Fulham v Newcastle X2 @ 1.95 (William Hill) Bet of the weekend for me. Newcastle have shown that even without Ba and Tiote they can hold their own recently against QPR (argubly a very similar side in terms of strength to Fulham). Fulham haven't been in the best of form, and like Newcastle (without Ba) don't really have an out and out striker. Newcastle have a solid defence and I expect both teams to cancel each other out. I can't see there being many goals if any in this one and the draw seems very likely.

  8. Re: England > FA Cup 3rd round > Fri 6/1- Mon 9/1 Liverpool v Oldham Oldham @ 21.00 (Coral) I wouldn't normally go for a side with such long odds but it just screams value. Liverpool are on a bit of bumpy form at the moment, losing by three goals to Man City only 3 days prior to this game. Liverpool will be fielding a largely second string, and whilst their second string are superior to Oldham's first side, I feel Oldham will have a stronger desire for this game, with players having had a slightly longer rest than Liverpool's players. I see this being a tight game with Oldham possibly nicking this with a one goal margin.
