My mate asked me a question the other day and its bugging me as I cant find the answer. In the late nineties there was a tipster who charged a lot for his tips and they were very popular and well subscribed. When ever a horse plunged in price they would say "oh that will be the ?????? horse" (???? being the tipsters name) I believe he was from Ireland and did a spell in prison for fraud but I may be wrong. Has anyone got an idea what he was called as its driving me nuts. It wasnt Brimardon Im sure it began with "D" C'mon lads get your thinking caps on before Ive pulled all my hair out :eek

Go to sporting life click on racecards click on tomorrow You should get http://www.sportinglife.com/racing/racecards/24-03-2013 in your browser bar Change the date ie http://www.sportinglife.com/racing/racecards/01-03-2013 in your browser bar (or whatever date you need) This will give you the cards for the 01/03/2013, pick the race you want to check. Use the back arrow to go back to the main page to check other races. :ok

Re: Formula Help Horses 4 placings Those formulas will give you what you want. Should be easy enough to sort out what you want. If there are 4 it will leave H1 and I1 blank (or whatever cells you use) *obviously you need an "=" sign in front of the formulas*

How do you work that out Its the amount who manage to get it correct that make it a poor dividend. Bet £834,585 winning units 1776.15 Tote Take approx 27% Dividend £343 looks reasonable to me what do you think it should be?thats a poor dividend when you look at the results. -

The lad who asked me said he'd subscribed years ago and it ended up costing him thousands but he just couldnt remember the name for the life of him.
