Re: French Open 2015 Stan can take a set to 6-6 with a 30% first serve vs 70%. Wow.

Re: ICC World T20 2014 I will be interested to see how the toss affects the odds. It seems to be pretty hard to win here chasing a score at the moment.

Re: West Indies vs England - ODI Series & T20 Series Always a good plan to give Gayle and Smith a bit of a kickstart by bowling pace on a wicket that doesn't suit them at all. I do wonder what these hoards of analysts are being paid to do when they clearly weren't paying attention to the 20 overs that just happened.

Re: Cardiff City v Manchester United > Sunday November 24th
COYSHmm why are United 4/7 away to one of the worst teams in the Barclays Premier League? Cardiff are toothless upfront and defensively a shambles. I think United should run riot here given their recent form. I'd be very surprised if this was anything less than a convincing victory for Moyes boys. I'm all over the champions at that price. -
Re: World Grand Prix 7th-13th October swear blind I saw 7 180s in the Lewis - Pipe match, I guess I must be going crazy as PDC site have it as 4-2 Pretty rediculously unlucky (again) on both the 180 bets Kev.

Re: Champions League T20 2013 How on earth did I manage to bet on over 44 first 6 overs in that. FML.

Re: Champions League T20 2013 The thing that has surprised me the most about this tournament is how absolutely terrible most of the fielding has been. Oh and comedy batting collapses like the one going on right now, no one seems to possess a brain in cricket anymore

Re: Champions League T20 2013 is mishra even going to bowl here? wtf are srh doing? Not to mention KS who was quality on the IPL. Seems like terrible captaincy to opt for duminy and thisara instead.

Re: World Matchplay - 20-28 July
Unlucky if you don't get this kev, those earlyish bounce outs definitely affected van gerwen's decisions. Should have sailed over. edit/ since I started writing this theyve hit like 6, nice call kev haha.Semi final previews: 5pts A.Lewis vs M.van Gerwen - Over 18.5 180s 4/5 Skybet This could be an absolute classic. If it is half as good as their semi final in Germany three weeks ago then it will be one of the best matches Blackpool has ever seen. That semi final in Germany had 19 legs and 17 180s and I expect plenty more 180s here in what I see as being a close semi final. The danger is that Lewis is a bit flat after an incredible effort on Friday but he’s up for this and I think he’ll go well enough for there to be enough time to get 19 180s. Re: British Lions Tour 2013 Woodward and the other old hangers on are setting the lions up for a bit of a fall here with their comments tbh. Now if they dont win by 50 it will be seen as a complete and utter failure.
-
Re: British Lions Tour 2013 Hmmm I am not sure. I don't know much about super 15 rugby but it was quite clear that the Barbarians were awful against both England and the Lions. Surely this team (although without the big names) will at least do the fundamentals well. This Lions team also almost certainly has less test starters than the one that was fielded vs the barbarians too. I am torn really. I expect the lions to win comfortably and if it was -15 I would take it (snapped that up vs a woeful barbarians) but it is such a big number.I think it is a big overreaction and I am not sure it is fully warrented. I will probably be on Western Force quite small or maybe the under (haven't looked at the number yet)

Re: Indian Premier League 2013 jeez how has cricket ended up like this? Utter utter mindless rubbish.

Re: Npower Football League Championship > Playoff Semi 1st Leg > 9th / 10th May
I am starting to think Vydra just cant do it when the pressure is on. Belted a shot from an impossible angle and scuffed the two actual chances he had from the middle of the box. Commentators keep saying hes tired but he moves around the pitch okay and plays well in general.guys. i would seriously not be surprised if we fail to score tonight. vydra and abdi have been massively underwhelming the last six to eight weeks and deeney is a MASSIVE miss Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2 -
Re: Indian Premier League 2013
I don't think Kev really means 'it will be a huge surprise', I think he means it will be a surprise, nothing is a huge surprise in T20 - it only takes 2 good overs with the ball or bat and a game can swing, a dropped catch here or there. Variance plays a massive part and as such, 8/13 is short on any team really.I don't understand you saying 'It would be a huge surprise if Rajasthan don't win this match' and then refusing to back them at 8/13. That seems like a total contradiction. Rajasthan have won every home game and now they're at home to the team with the worst record in the league. How is 8/13 not a bet? Surely those odds are very profitable? -
Re: Indian Premier League 2013
The surprise is they didnt wait to see if it won first :Dunsurprisingly they palped it Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2 -
Re: Real Madrid v Borussia Dortmund > Tue 30th April Early madrid goal will change this game completely. over 3.5 seems plenty short enough but tbh there are far more ways I can see over 3.5 happening than under 3.5.
-
Re: Championship > 23rd - 27th April
You make good points there' date=' but I wonder what your reasoning is for picking the Overs instead of BTTS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a 1-1 seems much more likely than one of these teams scoring 3 or more without reply. Even at the slightly shorter odds, this makes the BTTS a stronger bet for me.[/quote'] A draw is absolutely no use to either though. If this is 1-1 with 10 minutes to go both teams will be desperately trying to score which is unlike most matches. -
Re: Indian Premier League 2013
gotta be steyn, doesn't make any sense, I thought it would shorten if anything. Tbh though, the market has got Sunrisers wrong almost every game this tournament, are they hated in india or something?is steyn or ishant injured or something? sunrisers been drifting all morning and now not even favs at home. -
Re: Indian Premier League 2013
Gonna be a really disgusting one if you lose this given the way the game has played but I can still see it happening, fingers crossed for you.Dhoni can be a deadly blow to a 6's bet sometimes. He doesn't ever really need to hit 6'sGreat work with Hyderabad and Rajasthan boundaries guys :clap. Thursday match preview: 4pts Chennai Most 6's vs Delhi 11/10 SkybetNothing interests me with the match betting in this match but one thing which does is for Chennai to hit the most 6’s. Only really David Warner of Delhi’s top order is a regular six hitter and I’m sure Dhoni will plough into him with spin after seeing how he struggled against it in the test series with India last month so he could fall early and cheaply. Sehwag and Jayawardene mostly get the job done inside the ropes. Chennai bat with six hitters down to number nine and with the pace continuing to come on the ball from the Delhi bowlers I think Chennai can hit the most sixes here.Full preview here: http://www.punterslounge.com/delhi-daredevils-vs-chennai-super-kings-betting-chennai-have-the-power-to-hit-the-most-sixes-in-delhi-20130417 -
Re: Indian Premier League 2013
Looking good so farI can't see any reason not to take Sunrisers at 2.48 on Pinnacle. They are having problems themselves with Sanga woefully out of form and probably the worst opening partnership in the tournament but I still think strong bowling sides are normally underrated and overpriced. Yuvraj is out according to cricinfo and imo this is more of a loss to pune bowling than batting as they have decent cover with the bat. 2.48 is a big price in T20. -

Re: MLB: April 14th 2013 Picks Miami TT over 3.5 (-101) - Looks a weird one now that I am writing it down but Halladay seems way off atm and miami bats have good career numbers against him to start with (and decent numbers vs bullpen). Bos (-131) - I think Boston just about have the edge in everything here: Clay has favourable numbers vs this lineup and Cobb has been a bit overvalued coming off a good performance at home. Boston are hitting .280 vs righties while TB are hitting .213. Was 1st 5 pk (-133) - Both pitchers have been good this year, neither teams hitting lefties well. I don't trust Nats bullpen but the Nats have good numbers vs Maholm so I think 1st 5 is a better bet than full game. Cards TT over 4.5 (-102) - Cards hitting well vs righties at the moment. Historically they hit Estrada well and the brewers bullpen decently too. Brewers bullpen isn't firing. Was tempted by St Louis -1.5 at + money but (and maybe this is anti-logic) I just kinda feel after two 0's, brewers are probably gonna get a few runs on the board, even vs garcia at home.

Re: Europa League > Thu 11th April
You're talking about Benfica' date=' who were 3-2 up on aggregate at the time. Newcastle needed to score one more goal to win on away goals. Benfica are the sort of team who I've noticed are effective at counter-attacking at scoring the extra goal which kills the game.[/quote'] This guy gets it. Benfica's approach is better imo, taking it to the corner (unless you are amazing at keeping it) just shows the other team you are a bit nervy. -
Re: Europa League > Thu 11th April
Don't mean to bump this dead thread but yes it does. Benfica were going through but only had a 1 goal lead, almost every other team would have taken it to the corner and kevshat would have had the win on newcastle. Benfica just pinged it in the box and scored instead.Getting fatter ! your statement clearly doesn't make sense !

As Tomas said, it's a circus. The real grating thing with Djokovic is he doesn't need to be a petulant little bitch, just play the tennis and he will win but the moment he loses a few points he's throwing his racket at people and marching off court because he felt a drop of rain. No respect for the rules and the umpire was pathetic in this instance. That being said, TB didn't win the important points. Had nearly as many break points as ND and lost 3-0.
