So despite a day off work turned out actually had other stuff that needed to do that meant no time to sit and play MTTs unfortunately , but still managed to eek out $12 profit in about a hour before bed.

Only played Spin n Go's actually finding these quite enjoyable , many people playing far too loose in early stages and making big mistakes and my play seems to be improving in them too only won 34.1% so basically our fair share but won a couple of $18s so that helped me run above EV in prize pool winnings today.

Side Note : 
Currently played 276 $3 Spins for profit of $42 so a ROI of 5% despite running about $14 below EV, with improvements that making reckon can improve to a 10% ROI which would be pretty decent , still not the same thrill as going deep in MTTs.

$2.30 Sat to Hotter $16.50 : Lost 88 > QQ both made a set but went in preflop.
$3 Spin n Go : Played 40 Won 16 , Break Even unfortunately as didn't run so hot in higher multipliers. 
$3.50 Sit n Go's : Played - 4 , Won - 1 , 2nd - 2

Ended up back with the Spin n Go's due to time constraints today so didn't want to commit to anything too long , I'm on early starts in work this week so should been more time to play MTTs & the $3.50 SnG's , still happy with the way things are going so far , will chop the profit up towards end of next week as away the weekend. 

10th November 2015 
11.05am $2.20 NLO/8 : 76th of 117 , getting short shoved over a late position who had AA5X and my AJ105 didn't get there.
11.30am Hot $3.30 : 94th of 3216 $13.98 , lost a flip for a top 15 stack with AQ > JJ bust 2 hands later last 4BB A7 got called by A8.
2.35pm $1.10 PLO : 190th of 352 , Got QJ43 all in vs AAxx , couldn't catch up was short so took the chance. 
3.25pm 8-Game : 3rd of 148 $37 , lost 2 crucial hand in Limit Omaha/8 then bust QQ97 vs AKQ2.

Probably won't play again till Tuesday but i'm off Tues & Wed so can get in some good games , think my Spin n Go experiment is over for now , my ROI is definitely better in normal SnG's especially over smaller samples given the variance of Spin n Go's.

9.30am Hot $2.20 : 1145th of 2418 , Shoved 12bb with AJ called by Q10off 
9.40am $2.20 8 Game : 1st of 109 $49.89 , came into FT as 6th of 6 and ended up laddering to 5th then knocked out each of the other 4 opponents , 
                      start HU as a 3:2 underdog but win a few key hands to give me a 4:1 chip lead twice have him all in but he finds the right 
                      cards on last draw of Triple Draw and beat my QQ with K2s then he takes a 3:2 lead he asks for deal I say only if 50/50 and 
                      play for remaining $4.89 he agreed , maybe I should just played on my he played a lot looser after the deal so think it worked
                      out well in the end. 
7.15pm 82c Turbo : 396th of 3524 $1.32 , Had Kings in Big Blind and call all in vs KJ shortie & A7 big stack , here's what happened

Movement back in a upwards direction , only won 4 of the 12 I got heads up in but don't feel like did much wrong and was short stacked in quite a few with at least a 3:1 deficit but still happy with a 46.2% ITM today and cashed more $3.50's than $1.50's so the profit today covered yesterday's losses and gave a slight profit
