If buy-ins are more than $30.000 they will add another package etc...that's how I understand it from the text? Could be added value though, but only if less than 250 people enter.

Re: 10 Nordic bet freeerolls - 9th Feb I see that NordicBet is on the Microgaming Network. When playing on Ladbrokes (which uses the Microgaming software and is even a part of the network now?) my computer drags to a halt. I believe the Microgaming software is very resource intensive, has anyone else experienced this?

The rake for the $6 non-DoN turbos is $0.50.The reduced rake is cos it's a turbo not cos it's a DoN. -
Re: Call or fold part whatever... Surely DoN as can be seen from the low rake: "$10.00+$0.40 Hold'em No Limit". Don't think Stars have anything else than DoN STTs with the low rake.

I see Monday started with more than 2.200. And how do they calculate the raked hands? Is that any hand were you put money into the pot?

Re: Added value of Pokersoftware for tournament players? I use Holdem Manager for all tournaments and SNGs that I play. It makes a big difference especially when multitabling - you can often make better decisions based on the info the program gives about VPIP and PFR. These are the main stats I use.

Re: Low buy in MTT strategy, first few levels Just a couple of points I've been implementing during early levels myself. Don't overplay hands like AK, AQ and AJ. Raise if first in. Call raise with AK - depends with AQ and AJ. Set mine with most pocket pairs during at least first 2 levels. Don't go broke during early levels with less than a set...

Re: ** Poker Thursday 15th January ** Just a quick note: on Devilfish (and probably Entraction network-wide) the buy-in and fee are quoted together. So for example the cost to enter the Devilfish bounty is €10 (but not €10+€1). Which means that something like €9.1 is for the prizepool and €0.9 is the fee.
