Runs 3lb lower than last race when 4 lengths off Obe Gold, after leading for the first 4 or 5 furlongs but got caught over the trip. This is the first try over 5f and perhaps may find it more to suit. Truly Devine @ 17/2 : 0.25pts e/w

    LUJIANA 1.20 has had 2 races over C&D and has finished 1st and 2nd both in class 6 races' date='so at 25/1 worth an ew bet[/quote'] Yeh I saw this one too. As you said the C&D record is good, even if it is only two races. Form looks poor but this is easier than last few races, and the apprentice jockey takes off 3lb. I'm expecting a quick pace, and this one likes to keep in tough so stands a chance at 33/1 :hope

    Re: Lingfield - 8/1/10 1:00 Going to have a little bit on the 33/1 outsider here. Ran here after a 90ish day break and didnt perform too badly. Although 8th, there was only 2 lengths seperating the field, and that was behind some decent enough horses. Will hopefully improve from that race and hit the sort of form that saw him pick a win up here in a maiden last March. A lot here with chances but at 33/1 Trip Switch is worth a punt. I also like the look of the other outsider, Imperial House. Only 7 races to his name and races today for the second time with the Harris yard, who while maybe not on the greatest form are getting closer. Yet to run at Lingfield so thats an unknown factor, but had a decent run on the 5th December at Wolvehampton when 3 lengths of eventual winner Bentley in what looks to have been quite a tricky race. He struggled for room that day, and hopefully with a bit of improvement from that run can get close today. Trip Switch 33/1 : 0.25pts e/w Imperial House 14/1 : 0.25pts e/w

    12:25 K'Gari is one of the less exposed in this race, but had a decent win two starts ago at Wolvehampton and is only 2lb up for that win. I expect it to try and take the race from the front, and with bottom weight it may be difficult to catch. Won at 17f so the 2m shouldnt be a problem. Runs for the Ellison yard who are on decent form recently with a few wins over recent weeks. Global interest is an interesting one to keep an eye on with a record here of 1-1-1-1, so obviously enjoyes it round the track. However the last win here came back in May 2007 so things may have changed. Form over the hurdles has been dissapointing, but perhaps a trip back to the all weather will be handy. Has a lot of weight to make up but with that course form it has to be an e/w shot. K'Gari 1pt win @ 7/1 Global Strategy 0.25pts e/w @ 14/1

Her two rides so far have resulted in a win over this course-distance back in february and ran on well to get a close second behind Welcome Approach in November off the same mark as today. Looks like its running of its preferred distance today. Josiah Bartlett 0.5pt e/w @ 13/2
