i think its down to bit of value on betfair the odds on spain to qualify pre pens were something like 2.22 whilst italy were 1.80 ish end of day its 50/50 and he got got the bear minimum on reasionable coin flip and when with small total you need to take risk to get to next step. im sure if he was on 300quid last night he wouldnt of done itFcuk, whats up with all this backing the team on the penalties? What ever happened to penalties being like a lottery? Lol good decision though mate, especially going all in :ok -
Re: Cricket: Twenty20 Cup 2008 stake 10/10 warwickshire bears to beat worcester royals 8/11 bears beat the royals in the encounter earlier this week at worcester bears had cracking performance last night whilst the royals slipped to medicore performance in which they didnt really excel in batting nor bowling since much different starts the bears are now pushing for next round place whilst this is really a win out for royals to qualify looks good odds as well to me

Re: ATP Hertogenbosch/Nottingham & WTA Eastbourne 16th-21st June 10/10 del porto to beat shuettler at 1.43 on betfair del porto is really an upcoming player who is improving his game when shuettler is defiantly on the way down on his career. watching del porto the other day he seems to return the ball well from serves and creates chances. whilst rainer seems to have a weakish serve nowdays on grass and doesnt break often the only way i see del porto losing is on 7-6 7-6 scoreline im fairly new to the tennis scene so peoples input on this match would be useful to see if it looks as solid as i seem it to be

tiger i would price at around 1.55 for the win maybe 1.5 purely because he is tiger and is class. its not just his name what brings price down he has the abilty to back it up i personally wonder how tigers knee is holding up another tactic could be to lay tiger pre 18holes. then back him at the end of the 1st so far he is 6+ on 1st hole over 4rounds. if he goes in par same as mediate then you should be able to back him at around same price if he drops shots then you back him higher price but personally i cant see past tiger in this one but reckon tigers price may rise throughout the round if its fairly close around hole 12 as in level. i may back mediate as im sure there would be some value and thats the only way tiger will lose today in a close encounterI certainly don't fancy Tiger here at all, Rocco is trading at 4's on betfair which is a total nonsense. Tiger is a great player, and a true champ. However his knee is screwed and his game is very very erratic, but 1.3 for him in current conditions ? No way at all, it's not remotely like value. I'm not even sure I'd make him fav, certainly would be interested in backing him at anything below 1.8. Medium stakes value bet on Rocco for me :ok -
Re: Darts - 2008 UK Open i picking people who are below the level where they should be but defiantly have the potential to be top 4 players and have all got big results vs the big stars they are TERRY JENKINS COLIN OSBOURNE WAYNE MARDLE if you are on betfair i also like the lay of phil taylor, he is in great form but in this competition could have to face all his rivals in a row. i know it can work the other way round and he got easy ties but i would take him this price for stan james matchplay not for the fa cup of darts though lay is my option although he is in terrific form

Re: UEFA cup Final 14 May i personally have layed rangers to win in 90mins on betfair at 3/1 i think zenit will win the cup but think they may struggle to get to grips being the favourites and attacking. all the other games they have started as "underdogs" and have that great counter attack we all speak off. but then i cant see rangers scoring in open play. i think rangers only real hope of a goal would be from a set piece particarly corner kicks which they have scored of lately my bets are lay of rangers 3/1 win 90mins bets im considering under 2.5goals and 3-0 zenit depending on price as insurance

IMO, there is no value at all in the outright winners market...?[/quote'] i believe they are value as well im not knocking rangers here but zenit have knocked out Villareal marseille leverkusen bayern munich all four v.strong opposition now i know rangers have beaten strong opposition but all four listed above would be strong/among the favourites to win the cup also the two leg system suits rangers more than the one of final i think if zenit get the 1st goal rangers will struggle big time but still .... come on the rangers!!! -

Re: Darts: Premier League Week 13 i would pick lewis v manley adrian lewis dnb - can maybe see a draw here, but cant see manley winning 8/13 dnb - safe option also 4/9 lewis most 180s in the match, manley suprisingly been hitting 180s lately which boosted the prices, nice odds on consistant 180 hitter if in form mardle v taylor taylor to score highest checkout 2/5 taylor been in top form other past month and constantly taking out high checkouts mardle to win 10/1 way to big for player in best 14legs match, he no mug and if catch him on tune could be a nice earner, i personally expect taylor to beat mardle easily if mardle not on tune. but it worth a small punt for the odds in my opinion or 6/1 dnb barney v wade easy choice for the odds given to me barney dnb 10/11 great odds for the win and covers the draw option was tempted with outright bet on him but this is the safe option. barney to find some form before may i feel jenkins v part personally i say draw, but i dont like betting on draws so what i'll do is pick player with dnb, although part been playing well lately he has had tough tough match vs likes taylor, barney. jenkins on other hand has to win tonight. im giving edge slightly to jenks as starts with the throw and could put early pressure on part. jenkins dnb 4.5

Re: Correct score market on Betfair very much depends on who the sides are for example if it was game betweek blackburn and boro 2 similar teams the odds will probably dip slightly i.e 10.0 - around 9.4 after 10mins, they wouldnt dip to low, i know this as im usually a layer of the 0-0 on betfair if its tight game like liverpool v chelsea which is say 9.0 start as strongly fancied for 0-0 after 10mins if blank and no serious action will probably drop to round 8.0 in some case the 0-0 may increase slightly if in game like manutd v derby and 0-0 after 10, with the betfair the prices not certain to come down and if everyone tipped 5 or 6-0, then punters may put up 0-0 at higher price to try tempt some action which they probably would see. most likely scenerio in this case is for the price to fix till round 20mark all games usually dip slightly but only by couple 0.4 ish in what i noticed, but as i said all depends what teams are playing! and the situation i.e if draw good for 2 teams to qualify etc..

Re: Darts: Premier League Week 12 im happy taking barney all day with those odds, he much in a rut like taylor was a few months ago, but he still in terrific form and needs win to cement his final 4 place how many players would barney be 1/1's with in the last year before tonight? taylor maybe wade at push he can click out of this form at any time and i going with barney with the value of the bet! the bloke is in top 3 dart players in pdc and cant keep losing! the others in all honesty can go either way id go with jenkins dnb wade taylor but not betting on these, going big on barney

Re: The 2.5%, 200 level, mortgage buster i think you shoukd maybe stick to 2-3 matches myself have you tried laying a team and trying to make £10 each game? doesnt matter if it chelea 1.25 and you laying liability is 2.50 or if you laying say wolves 3.0 and liablity is 20 this good way to go if you are sensible and not betting on every match and if you keep your profit aim at 10 then you wont lose to much per game my first two tips in this would be lay wolves to beat wba around 2.60 lay huddersfield to beat leeds 3.50

Re: Darts: Premier League Week 11 wade v mardle - not bet dont know how anyone bet vs mardle currently due to his terrific form, i think wade will win but cant bet vs mardle part v lewis - lewis win needs to get back on track, can do here vs one of the easier oppenents (if theres any) must win for lewis manley v jenkins - dnb jenkins draw possibly on cards here, which doesnt boost eithers chances, but if anyone can find that bit extra it'll be jenks, good performance last out vs taylor which many seem to forgotten and still chance of the top 4 may make the bull more appealing taylor v barney - barney 2.5+ handicap out form as late, taylor starting to be formidable again, but barney put in alot of work in training these past 2 weeks and i think this is like the last time these two faced - barney as the big dog and taylor as current worse player on form.

Re: Champions League - April 8th 10pts on Liverpool to qualify i personally want arsenal and cant stand liverpool, but if a side can keep lead in europe its liverpool, they far superior in champs league matches, and really have the experience in matches like this! arsenal havnt really bar r.madrid couple years back and around 1/2 that team has moved on at least no bet chelsea v fenberche we all know chelsea will go 3-0 up in 20mins or go out of the tournement maybe i.r bet on fenberche i.r if still 0-0 after 20-25mins baring poor price

Re: £25 Through the cards Good run so far remember in jan i caught one of those stomach bugs, had 2days off ill went in 3rd day when felt better but they sent me home saying i didnt look well etc... although i was fine, basically felt they did it thinking i may pass it on to them so got the rest week off feeling fine....BARGAIN

Re: Darts: Premier League Week 8 im numpty put these in week 7 thread lol ------------------------------------------------------------------ all of these are found on bet365 and looking cracking prices for the outcome and should happen imo john part to win 1st leg vs peter manley 8/15 john part starts with darts, manley rarely breaks in this format of darts and this looks nailed on to me personally wade +2.5 vs taylor 4/5 wade got the darts and needs to be broken twice with taylor holding his throw through whole match, if this happens you just got hold up your hands and say fair play taylor vs quality oppenent, but personally i feel wade should least get with 2 legs of taylor again also bet on score after 4legs in barney match being 3-1 barney 7/4 looks good price to me, need one early break, but only put this in for value dont bet on this scoreline if you want strong chance of winning

Double(?!) up! nice work you having any more tonight? had +1 goals in 2greek games then galatasry then went put chelsea went 1-0 up so put on for 2+ then spurs score 5mins later good day for me layed paul scholes 1st goal scorer in utd game at 12.5 but he was sub :( as to the bet i seen if you go on betfair and clicked on the graph which shows you where money gone, shows someone layed 998.0 at £6 for 3-1 away win pre match guessing because larissa higher league and needed to win but god only knows why he put 998 for risk when prob got it much lower
