Sheerluck Holmes Posted September 29, 2009 Share Posted September 29, 2009 4.30 PILCA catches my eye at a tasty price in this 20f Handicap Chase. A winner at Perth in May off 107. Hasn't been disgraced since in slightly better races, but went up 6lb for that win at Perth and has been gradually dropping since. 7/12 LTO but this was at a distance that perhaps did not suit. Runs today off 110 but, a big plus for me is the jockey who takes 7lb off meaning Pilca looks to have a great shout and can hopefully run into a place as he seems to be held up and has stayed on well in the past at this distance.
