Kärpät - Blues Kärpät coming of to play well rested and Blues with only a one days rest after that three game in four days stretch. That's one of the biggest reasons I'm betting for Kärpät as their offense should be alrdy normally too much for Blues defense to handle (trust me, they looked really bad on road against Jokerit). With a young, tired and surely stressed team it's really hard to believe that they would come up a way to get anything from this first game against rested, über experienced and classier Kärpät team whom have the huge home advantage in game one. One might argue that Kärpät haven't played that good and surely there is something behind Blues' success against Jokerit but in my mind the matchup here seems just so unbalanced in favour of Kärpät whom infact got their shit together after the shaky Ilves series and went rolling on to the finals beating Tappara 4-0. Also the price for home win in regulation is too high and I doubt you'll get anything like it after this game. Kärpät @1.72 :hope
