Euro Hockey Leagues 21/02

Thought I'd give you all a heads up as this bet shouldn't be missed: Kalpa - Tappara One of SM leagues' best teams (3rd) visiting one of the worst (Kalpa, 13th). Kalpa has been bottom mudd of the league since they got there, they've lost six out of last ten games in regular time and they are the worst home team in the league with only a pathetic 56 goals scored in 25 games (80 conceded). The visitor, Tappara, although being many levels better than the home team hasn't been nearly as good on road as at home but thats just expected. At the moment Tappara is playing nearly perfect hockey, coming out of four wins in a row with 23 goals scored (5.75/game !!) and eight conceded. They beat Pelicans (leagues second best home defense at the time, ranked 4th team overall) 7-2 on road and on their latest game Tappara rallied from 0-2 to beat league 5th Jokerit 7-3. In an average day Tappara will beat Kalpa pretty easily but with this kind of form and no sign of slowing down on scoring I smell an another awful day for Kalpa (Kalpa just lost 1-7 on home ground a game ago). Only thing that would stop the visitors is motivation but the more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that they won't go there just to *play* around and see what happens. They have seemed to get their game on track and it's a perfect time to do so as the playoffs are closing in, should be an another scoring practice to get Tappara's motivation even higher for the future more important matchups. The odds for the away win are crazy high if you ask me, 1.60 is being thrown around like candy and as I see pretty much Kalpa demolished in every scenario it's a treat... wouldn' t miss it if I were you :D
