Re: BMW Golf VIJAY SINGH E/W @ 12/1 Paddy Power (first 6 places!) Top Ten Finish @ 5/4 StanJames Vijay must be expecting a good showing this week, he hardly comes over to UK to compete and surely this is a tip in itself! This course should suit his game, twice a winner on US Tour this year and numerous other good showings, he is also tied 1st on statistics on the PGA Tour. I think this price is value becuase if this were any other course he would be fav and Paddy Power going six places e/w as well. RICHARD GREEN E/W @ 50/1 Paddy Power (first 6 places!) In the top ten of both scoring average & driving accuracy this season on tour. Consistant golfer, a 4th in Qatar this year and 4th last week in hard conditions at the Irish Open. He was a solid 14th at this tournament last year but he looks in better form this time around. I know he hasn't won in a very long while, but he'll give his supporters a great run for this money!! SIMON DYSON E/W @ 66/1 Paddy Power (first 6 places!) As regular readers of my tips know, Simon Dyson is a man I follow and am convinced he is going to come in soon rather than later. A consistant golfer, he was 3rd a few weeks ago and also a good 7th last week despite his 2nd round being a 78 and he got a 7 on a par 4 in 3rd round as well. However he always seems to be thereabouts and the key to him is not getting his head in front too early in a tournament, he was a creditable 37th in this event last year and he is another player, like Green who seems to be in better form this time round. LOUIS OOSTHUIZEN E/W @ 110/1 Sporting Odds (only 5 places!!) Tied 4th in his last two events, both this month, put up a very good showing when placed last week in Ireland and seems to be playing with lots of confidence, a talented South African coming through up the ranks. Price is too big to leave him out here. 72 HOLE MATCH VIJAY SINGH to beat Ernie Els @ 11/10 Stan James This looks more of 50/50 percentage in this match, Ernie Els has not been in great form of late in America, struggling with tee shots and putting, Vijay has been in very solid form recently. Ernie is only odds on in my opinion becuase he lives here but form is questionable at present. RICHARD GREEN to beat Colin Montgomerie @ 10/11 Stan James Richard Green has been in solid form recently, 4th in Irish Open wheras Monty has not figured among the contenders in leaderboard for quite some time really and is lacking consistant scoring, Green is very consistant however and looks sure to win this match bet really!
