kevshat
The World Seniors is back with a change of venue on Monday. Often a light hearted event but a decent line up has been assembled for the two day event so there should be some decent snooker played. Both days is live on Sky. kevshat
Re: World Seniors - 2-3 Mar Tournament preview: 2pts ew D.Dale to win World Seniors 7/1 Bet365 (1/2 1-2) In the top half of the draw two current professionals play each other when former champion Nigel Bond takes on debutant Dominic Dale and whoever comes through that will fancy their chances of going deep this week. They would have either Dennis Taylor or Darren Morgan in the quarter final – either perfectly winnable and then one of Steve Davis, Rory McLeod, John Parrott or Cliff Thorburn in the semi-final. Again there is nothing to worry either there so whoever wins the Bond vs Dale match could well be a finalist without having to do much. Given that he played well in Gdynia over the weekend and has the light hearted, humorous personality which helps with this event I’ll take Dale to win that and go on and threaten the title at his first attempt.
