So, after a horrific spell, I decided to have a break from betting and just to clear my head a bit. I've had success paper trading horses and so I'm now going to take this live. The basic strategy is to pick horses the night before on Betfair which look to be priced far higher than they should be. In the morning, once the punters get their morning papers, the price is likely to fall, which is where I trade out to green up. I'll normally leave an unmatched bet up overnight, in the hope that the price will drop that far whilst I sleep :) Average yield has been 10-15%, and I will never bet more than 15% of my bank on any one trade. First horses will be up later, probably around 11pm to midnight. Starting bank of £30, as I'm only keeping it small stakes at the minute. Wish me luck! :ok
