  1. I give up. Taylor beats Searle too, this would be salt in the wounds,
  2. I do have Zonneveld still standing at 175/1 (4 places) A QF against Geeraets for a place 🀞
  3. Be quite annoyed if Taylor gets it done today having backed him yesterday. You'd like to think Searle should win the day from here.
  4. Backed him today also. He's had a solid enough start to the season. Annoyingly he's route if he had won that first game looked something of a cake walk. Van De Wal, De Graaf (both of who averaged under 90 in those games). Ian White would have been next before a last 8 against probably Slevin or Bialecki.
  5. Few swings today with the Luke's not being present: Ratajski 50/1 Joyce 60/1 Taylor 66/1 Woodhouse 80/1 Lukeman 100/1 All 4 places

  8. I'll be otherwise engaged with Cheltenham this week. My plan for today and tomorrow is to have a quick run through the draw once its out, and just back one player from each quarter. Go well everyone!

  10. Live Latte Lath Love is an absolutely tremendous team name by the way πŸ˜…
  11. Brugge, Lille & Atletico all have to be of interest to pick up a result tonight as outsiders? I'd be keen to oppose goals across the board in these first legs also. They always tend to be tense and nervy. 6/8 of these games are odds on for over 2.5 (Evens and 11/10 the others), but in the last 2 seasons in the round of 16 only 2 first legs have gone over. 1/8 last year and 1/8 the year before. I'm not usually an unders backer, but I'd say the under 2.5 double in the Madrid & Bayern games seems value at 4.4. The Madrid derby in February finished 1-1 (As did the 2 H2H games before that) and Bayern have played Leverkusen three times this season (Twice in the league and one cup game) with a grand total of 3 goals scored.
  12. Be a bit of a damp squib as a punter if we end up with a Luke v Luke final πŸ˜… Heta and GVV was top quality last night, 19/23 on the doubles combined is simply ridiculous!
  13. Well Ratajski gave me a good run but I think it's over now πŸ˜… Heta or bust for me!
  14. Really annoying that one!
  15. I joined the Heta train! Heta 40/1 DVD 66/1 Scutt 80/1 Ratajski 100/1 Woodhouse 150/1 I also managed to get on Manby at 1000/1 in the end. My 50p E/W was sent over to the Boylesports traders who allowed me to have 49p E/W πŸ˜…
  16. The early draws have thrown up some decent looking ties with some of our Players Championships favourites. Plaiser v Crabtree in R1 - winner plays Baetens in R2 Beau Greaves v Bellmont in R1 looks another good game - winner v Griffin in R2 to play Mansell in R3 R3 has thrown up: Razma v Meikle Rydz v Soutar Jim Williams v Lukeman Menzies v the winner of Lennon/Taylor Scott Williams v Wessel Clemens v Ricky Evans
  17. Thought I would get us up and running with this. Given the random nature of the draw, obviously a lot harder to figure out what is and isn't value in regards to outright bets. Last 4 winners of this will all have come in at tasty prices, and with 4 places available across the board there's a good opportunity of nabbing a big priced place if the draw is on your side! Ricky Evans in 2024, Adam Gawlas in 2023, O'Connor & Keane Barry in 2022 - Lets find a one this year! After his exploits last weekend, it would be rude not to have a couple of silly pound E/W on Charlie Manby who's available at 1000/1 4 places! Starting in R1 he would have to get through Aden Kirk, Haupai Puha & (possibly) Christian Kist before the big names enter, but given Ladbrokes are offering us 1000/1 (Which btw is 10x the price they're willing to offer on James Corden and Harry Styles in the Next James Bond market!) on a guy who's just broken Littler's development tour average record, you've got to have a go. Gerwyn Price interests me at 14/1, he seems to be back to the Price of old in recent weeks and if he is back to his best deserves to be much closer in the betting to the Luke's IMO. Callan Rydz (33/1) & Alan Soutar (250/1) are two players who I was interested in as they've both started this year in decent form, unfortunately they've drawn each other in R3 πŸ˜…It's possible I sit this out and maybe back the winner outright at a slightly smaller price prior to R4! Crabtree & Dom Taylor interested me at their prices before tricky early draws. Others on my list, which I will narrow down probably tomorrow: DVD 66/1 Scutt 80/1 Ratajski 100/1 Woodhouse 150/1
  18. It's tight at the top! Glasner getting back to back 20 pointers as my AM has been huge!
  19. And now its Josh Rocks turn to disappoint me πŸ‘
  20. Rock or bust for me today then. Fully expecting Menzies or Taylor to win it all and really annoy me!
  21. This is the Nijman we all love to hate. Promises so much, delivers so little.
  22. Dirk was 5-2 up wasn't he?
  23. Ended up with the following for today: Rock 25/1 Wessel 33/1 Dirk 50/1 Cullen 60/1 Ratajski 60/1 Gurney 80/1 Scutt 100/1 Pikachu 100/1 Brooks 250/1
  24. No MVG today
