  2. I've been lurking for far too long so thought it was time to out myself! Recently I've been fairly successful with selecting place bets and lays and there's nothing like posting on a board to try and apply some discipline so here goes.... Selections are part system/part form/part hunches. I'll quote based on the prices at the time of posting but will keep an eye on prices nearer the off when I can. Lays will be no higher than 2.50. Place lays Chep 2.10 Spring pursuit 1.70 Weth 4.10 Sleeping night 1.63 Ling 4.35 Conjecture 1.29 Place bets Chep 3.15 Five alley 3.1 Weth 3.40 Turn of phrase 2.46 Ling 1.55 Justalord 2.34 Don't like horse betting on Saturdays so that's the excuse in early ;)

  3. Re: Football Cash Generator This system seems to be pretty well used - look at "Where is the money" on betfair and there's always plenty for the live matches - total goal markets which I'd guess a fair chunk is users of the system trying to place their 0-0 cover bets. If there are so many people trying to lay the draw and back 0-0 surely this is going to create markets that are slightly out of line with where they'd be normally. Is there value to be had in going against the trend????

  4. For those of you who are interested in systems based around market movements on Betfair, particularly in-running you can now download ALL market data for November from the Betfair developers forum (http://bdp.betfair.com/bdpforum/index.php). The data is split into racing and other data and the files are pretty huge (170 and 108 MB) but for saddos like me there's plenty to play with! You have to register at the forum first but this is simple & quick. Now where can I find a file splitter so I can get this stuff into Excel...... Happy analysis. KP
