Going to go for a bit of value on Boxing Day, hey its my birthday so taking a chance on bottom weight Bahrikate to finally come good after several decent efforts. She travelled really well last time out at Carlisle but just couldn't sustain her effort up the hill, this track should be more to her liking and it looks a slightly easier race too. I'd be disappointed if she couldn't make the frame at least.

2 from 2 on the track inc 1 win over hurdles and 1 over the bigger obstacles. Not taken too well to chasing but highly regarded by his trainer with some optimistic entries last year. I have a suspicion he is better going right handed and although carrying top weight i think he will give a good account of himself IF fit.

I have followed this Nag off a cliff! ill side with him for 1 more time tomo in the hope Mr Thomas can get a tune of of him. We need to look back to Dec 14 for his last win over the bigger obstacles off a mark of 134 over 3 miles. That said he has ran some cracking races at Sandown with course from 2/2/3 and if he gets into a good ryhthm with a positive ride I think he can go close.
