Re: French Open 2014
Because of a 0-4 H2H against Stosur perhaps. Also the fact the fast the she beat her recently in Madrid in straight sets should be taken into account.I dont know why Cibulkova is underdog with Stosur ? -
Re: French Open 2014
Yes, even after taking Kiki's recent form into consideration I find the price big on Anastasia. So, I am going to have a punt on her for simply being the far better player.... probably because of clay run of kiki' date=' but except barthel and ormaechea she isn't beat any stronger opponent. I thnik the conditions on RG court 5 :) is good for Anastasia. -
Re: French Open 2014 Does any one has any idea why Pavlyuchenkova is so high against Bertens?

Re: April 21 - April 27
What do you think of the handicap on Pavlyuchenkova, at +5 is it worth a punt or should be higher in your opinion?Back A.Pavlyuchenkova/M.Sharapova - Over 20 games for a 7/10 stake at 1.93 with Pinnacle The Stuttgart conditions are quite fast, so Pavlyuchenkova should be able to out-hit Sharapova often enough to get something tangible from this match. Moreover, Sharapova seemed to lack her usual killer instinct in her match against Safarova, which could prove to be rather costly once again. Re: January 27 - February 2 What do you guys make of Kohlschreiber's chances today? Is he worth a punt?

Re: Australian Open 2014 I heard Simon has an ankle injury and was very close to withdrawing before R1. Any updates on this? If he is fully fit then the price looks tempting to me.

Re: Australian Open 2014 I also disagree with many of Torque's picks but I respect the work he has put on this board and I think many people are being overly critical of his picks. This is a public forum and everyone is free to follow or not follow any particular pick. With that being said, it'll take only one or two picks for Torque to see some green.

Re: In-Play Chat Another week and another choke from Monaco. What a clown!!! Just doesn't knows how to close matches down.:@

Re: July 22 - July 28
This bet is part of my strategy this season and I'll be continuing to oppose him with small stakes. Good Luck.Someone has to come with this one sooner or later, so why not me ATP Gstaad D.Brands +1.5 sets > R.Federer @3.0 local bookie (2/10) Federer is dropping sets these days like leaky bucket the water. When these two played in Hamburg last week, Brands won the first set. So did Florian Mayer, and Delbonis even managed to beat the old man. This is first Fedex match after the Delbonis defeat, and his confidence should not be the best. Worth small punt. -
Re: In-Play Chat Matosevic is an absolute moron, drops his serve after being 40-0 up!!!:@

Re: July 15 - July 21
That might be the case but I think he is on a stage where you can't back him anymore judging by his past results. On clay, he is vulnerable to solid baseliners. Even though he is still winning matches you can clearly see that he has to labor for every victory. I think you missed his losses to Tsonga and Nishikori on clay. You're right about opposing him. I did it with Mayer but not with Del Bonis. But he is still winning games. Ultimately before today he had only lost on the clay to Del Potro and Nadal in his last 13. -
Re: July 15 - July 21 Federer is done and should retire for good. It's time to oppose him from now on since bookies are still overrating him with ridiculous short odds.
-
Re: July 15 - July 21 You guys need to move on, Monaco is a clown and he can't be trusted and this is not the first time he has choked on a lead. He screwed my muliples in last years US and this years French open after having a two set lead and since then I have decided to avoid him. I know it stings losing a bet like this but you have been doing some excellent work for last few weeks and I am sure you can put this behind you.

Re: French Open 2013
Anybody? I remember someone taking the "Total No. of Service Breaks in the Match" last year at the French Open but I can't seem to find that post in last years thread.Sharapova Vs Azarenka match can result in quite a few service breaks. Anyone knows which bookmaker offers this market? -
Re: French Open 2013
Sorry for being tired and lazy and offering no analysis just now' date=' but can anyone really doubt the value of a Nadal/Williams championship-winning double at a tasty 2.45 or thereabouts on the eve of the semis?[/quote'] I don't really see any value in this because Nadal has failed to impress me so far in this tournament despite making the semis. I will not go for this simply because I feel that he will go about at the odds of 2.5 or more sometime in-play. So, you might want to keep an eye on in-play odds if you really fancy Nadal and the way he has lost first sets to Brands and Klizan, it might be possible after the first set only. -

Re: February 16 - February 22
I have done the strategy you follow in the past and I was burned. In my opinion, it is not a viable long term betting strategy. However, it doesn't mean that it can't work but you have to be extremely disciplined in selecting your picks.
