  1. Good night last night. Running loss is £2.5. Onto tonight... Ajax v Celtic. Expecting Ajax to dominate possession at home. Celtic midfielders may also concede a lot of fouls and potentially yellow cards. £4 sell of Brown at 38 £4 sell of Johanson at 43 £4 sell of Bitton at 45 Bordeaux v Liverpool. I do not expect Liverpool to sit back, defend and soak up pressure here like they did away at United and Arsenal. Quite a few regulars have not travelled to France but I expect Liverpool to be on the offensive tonight. I will wait for the line ups before I place any more bets but I like the look of one. £4 buy of Can at 49 on spreadex. They increased the price to 55 straight away. £2 buy of Can at 45 on sportingindex. (sportingindex will always be lower than spreadex because of the minus points). Spurs v Qarabag. I expect this to a lot closer than people expect. Qarabag are doing really well and like to keep the ball. They had 58% possession at home to Young Boys and 53% away. 59% at home to Celtic and 49% away. If they have possession in the 40s tonight than that will restrict the ability of Spurs' players to gain points. Some of these may even get subbed which will be a bonus :) £3 sell of Lamela at 75 £3 sell of Chadli at 68 £3 sell of Townsend at 62 £2 sell of Dier at 51 £2 sell of Vertonghen at 28

  2. ?Shaw has successfully completed 31, 27 and 33 passes in the opposition half in the last three games giving him performances if 62, 54 and 66 based on successful passes only let alone the other points on offer. Mind you there are minus points too but I'm confident he can exceed this performance. £6 buy of Shaw at 55.
Last one. Herrera is playing in the holding role with Schweinsteiger so should get a lot of the ball. £4 buy of Herrera at 84 on spreadex
  3. Carrying on with my spread bets on player performance... For a quick summary of how it works please see the link below. I'm currently up £116.5 from the weekend. https://forum.punterslounge.com/forum/football/english-premier-league-betting/3744321-barclays-premier-league-~-september-12th-14th On to tonight's games. City v Juventus. I fully expect City to dominate this game in terms of possession. Juve had 39% possession away to Roma a few weeks ago (it was only 32% in the first half when the score was 0-0). City love to keep the ball. Silva and Sterling have been declared fit. £3 buy of Silva at 98 £4 buy of Toure at 92 £5 buy of Sterling at 62 £6 buy of Kolarov at 54 £5 buy of Bony at 45 £5 sell of Pogba at 40 PSV v United. This should be close affair but I expect United to keep possession like they always do. Smalling only had 1 pass in the opposition half against Liverpool. The only way this bet loses is if he scores a goal.. £4 buy of Schweingsteiger at 81.5 £5 sell of Smalling at 32 You can follow me on twitter @bookiebasher89 - just set up the account.

  6. Shanace I'm a long term reader and I have no idea what you are going on about. It looks like you bet a bit differently. Can you explain what you mean by buy sell players and what the numbers mean? What are you exactly betting on haha? What are the odds? It be good to know more but I'm sure their are many of us who are confused by your posts. Cheers
These are spread bets on the performance of a specific individual. So for example the market on David Silva's performance is quoted at 93-98 on tonight's champions league game on sportingindex. Silva will get awarded points for the following: Goal scored: 25pts Assist: 10pts Shot of target: 5pts Forcing a corner: 3pts Fouls won: 3pts Pass in opposition half: 2pts Fouls committed (including offside): -3pts Yellow card: -10pts Red card: -25pts If he scores a goal tonight, has 30 passes in the opposition half, wins two free-kicks and commits one foul - his market will settle at 88. So if you bought at 98, would lose 10pts (98 minus 88) multiplied by your stake. If you sold Silva at 93, you would win 5pts (93-88) multiplied by your stake... Spreadex also offers player performance markets but they do not have any negative points, 10pts for hitting the woodwork and no 3pts for winning a corner. Hope that helps??
  7. Good day yesterday will update pnl later. Few more for today. I expect this to be a tight affair. Ranieri very much relies on the counter attack which should mean Villa have more of the ball. Sportingindex - £5 sell of Drinkwater at 55. Spreadex - £5 sell of Mahrez at 71. Spreadex - £2 buy of Westwood at 50. I am also topping up a £3 sell of M'Vila in the Sunderland Spurs game at 45. Surprised that this market has gone up and couldn't resist the higher price.

  8. Sunderland v Spurs Fully expect Spurs to dominate this game in terms of possession. Dick Advocaat is clearly focussed on having a solid base which allows the opposition to keep the ball. I would have definitely bought some of the Spurs player performances if Eriksen was fit as he keeps Spurs ticking. However, I have decided to sell a couple of the Sunderland midfielders on offer. £6 sell of M'Villa at 40 £6 sell of Rodwell at 35.

  9. I've been doing really well on a market called 'player performance' on Sportingindex so thought I'd share my bets going forward. Points are awarded as follows.. Points are awarded goal scored, assists, pass in opponents half etc (please read the rules before). The market is only only on games that are live on TV. Everton v Chelsea Everton like to keep possession which should restrict Chelsea especially at Goodison Park. Should be a tight affair with some freekicks conceded too. BETS: £2.50 sell of Fabregas at 95. £5.00 sell of Barry at 40.

  10. Re: Chelsea v Everton > Saturday February 22nd

Everton certainly don't park the bus, and so I think I will have an interest in their attacking intent via the corners market. On the road recently they have had 7 at Spurs and 8 at Liverpool. Jose likes to kill a game if leading, and utilise his quality and pace on the break. Therefore I expect Everton to be on the front foot for a lot of the game. Newcastle with 5 and Swansea with 7 show that average teams can clock the corners up at Stamford Bridge. With Coleman and Baines bombing forward, I like Everton to get their fair share here. Over 3.5 away corners is 1.65 with Bet Victor, and over 4.5 is 2.2 with Bet365. However Paddy Power offer 1.72 on over 3.5 and 2.4 on over 4.5. Powers also go 5.0 on exactly 4 corners, which combined with the over 4.5 would give 1.92 on over 4 Asian corners. I would rather collect on the 4 than have a push. Will also stick a few quid on over 6 at 6.0 in case they go wild 5.5 pts over 3.5 away corners @1.72 Paddy Power 1pt over 6 away corners @6 William Hill
Fantastic bets sir! Well deserved :ok
