Re: Untold riches Haha, what determines a "shock result" then?? They've already stated these matched are "difficult to predict" so the prices will be pretty tight for all 3 outcomes. Surely a "shock result" occurs when an odds on home team gets stuffed by the 6-1 away side? The method doesn't pick out those sort of games so how are you ever going to make a profit!!!??? hahaha! nice one!

Re: Chelsea 2-0 system. I agree with Buzzy in the fact that a long amount of games before a 2-0 "hit" will be very costly. Why not COMBINE 1-0 and 2-0 scores, this way giving more chance of REGULAR "hits". You'd be looking at around a 3-1 combination bet, much more likely. Gotafancy, I personally believe 1-0 scorelines for Chelsea will be value bets because everyone will be expecting them to win 3-0 or higher ESPECIALLY AT HOME with the players they have. I've scoured the coupon and decided the best chance today of a game going over 2.5 goals is... DONCASTER v HARTLEPOOL confidence level 7/10 Again mixed with old form from last season, 4 out of 5 Doncaster home games finished 1-1 or higher and 4 from last 5 Hartlepool away games finished 1-1 or higher. Both teams able to score and concede.. £28 on over 2.5 @ 2.00 £6 on 1-1 @ 6.5 (bet365) Cheers Danny

Some of you may remember last season's Glory Hunt thread were we got up to well over £300 profit at one stage using +2.5 bets and cover correct scores. The idea was to start with £20 and roll each week until a £1000 was acheived. Unfortunately this didn't happen but £200 profit was banked ready for the new season!! Re: Ring tables or tournaments? Thanks for the replies guys, glad I'm not the only one who finds LIMIT games boring too. I'm recording 100 x £5 STT No limit tournaments to get a feel for the amount I could win over a period of time. Then I plan to play at least 100 hours at no limit 50p/£1 ring tables and again record the details. Reckon I'll get a good idea of where I'm going after all that.

Re: A hand I played last night in a live game - YOU make the play! You have to assume that he had his hand all along judging by the fast call. I'd put him on 55, 66 or even KK. Worse still Qx spades. I don't think you can possibly put any more money in the pot. I guess it all boils down to knowing your opponent. You know him better than we do, so your final decision has to be based around that.
