  1. Re: Hugh Taylor To adress Ginge I wouldnt need a team of four, but to be absolutely honest i dont have enough time. I only bet on the flat i generally take a holiday from late November to March as the season is so busy and very draining. I would back my albilty over anyone on the flat and i can live with the best i have posted very few things on here. I did post a very strong bet a week or so ago which won @ 3/1 it probably fell on deaf ears! I rarely waste my time if i tip anything on here relating to flat racing it will very accurate and the strike rate would be high. To claim i am worry about Hugo is laughable,to i dont need to get a job there is a massive difference!

  2. Re: Hugh Taylor To address the Boy Rooney A price which is availbale with at least three of the top four firms would be reasonable, not one that is with a firm that will only lay a small volume of money! The points he has returned are artifical because no other tipping line could claim that because no of there paying clients would get on and they would recive so many complaints! Hugh Taylor is free thats why its having such an affect on prices, and as has been pointed out it attracts arbers which is making the problem worse!

  3. Re: Hugh Taylor I think your clueless! Hugh Taylor tips winners undisputed, he works for ATR and has deadlines to meet correct. However he is in control of the staking and crashing markets and knows whats hes doing! People who make money at the game (not by trading) do the same amount of work as Hugo. To find a horse you fancy has been samshed to bits with a few hundred quid is gauling, this isnt just my view its a general obsevation from many. To claim i am jealous is completely misguided the truth of matter is hes a F------- nuisance and i pretty sure the majiorty would pay to bring back Matt Doyle!

  4. Re: Hugh Taylor If your so thick and cant see it its pointless going on! You cant proof horses at prices that dont exist to any volume of money its completly unethical. However any independent review will show he wont need bad press he will be ripped to pieces when they strip down the stats.

  5. Re: Hugh Taylor If he used his brain and waited until midday when markets were set! Yes the prices would have been stablised and no there wouldnt be any 25/1 to £100 but its highly likely 14/1 or 16/1 would be readily available and it would reflect a more realistic overview! You quite clearly arent listening ! Its open to debate how many people could arb much as the prices crash so quickly and firms wont lay punters who will be linked or marked up to Hugh Taylor and volume of cash! Thanks for your input Ginge your sons doing a great job!

  6. Re: Hugh Taylor PS I havent read any threads about Hugh Taylor or anything about someone who is hell bent on destroying Hugh Taylor's reputation! Hugh Taylor tips winners undisputed! However to claim the Profit in points he is right now is complete nonsense in the real world as they arent available to the masses! If he used his brain and waited until midday when markets were set! Yes the prices would have been stablised and no there wouldnt be any 25/1 to £100 but its highly likely 14/1 or 16/1 would be readily available and it would reflect a more realistic overview! I fully understand Hugh modus operadi he looks for Horses over priced, however you have to put across a balanced view and the independent report has come from SBC not me!

  7. Re: Hugh Taylor He has tipped one today FOREST DANE @ 25/1 Stan James! How many people have got on at 25/1? Probably 3 or 4 to £25 Bookmakers will have cut it to 12/1 and laid it so they have probably averaged around 14/1. How can you proof at 25/1 when very few can get accomdated it utter b------!

  8. Re: Hugh Taylor NOWS ITS ALL MAKING SENSE! Hugo Taylor is now proofing to the Secret Betting Club which can only mean one thing, hes been using ATR as a flatform to launch his Tipster career! What makes alarming reading is that all his selctions actually make a loss to Betfair S/P ( after 5% commission!) It also highlights huge issues at what time selections are posted and how many people really get accomdated at the suggested price. This is occuring mainly because its free and bookmakers are slashing prices without laying any volumes of money. It would appear that Hugo is about to join the long list of tipsters who charge for the privalge. This does quite clearly make his figures quoted a complete joke because the ROI at the suggested prices isnt avaviable to the masses just a handful. So hes been crashing markets at 10 oclock for what? Hes tips at Betfair s/p run at a loss, i am sure the Secret Betting Club do a full review on sites it will be intresting to see how HUGO fares long term.

  9. Re: "muppet Ride Of The Week" Barry has booked into spec savers first thing monday morning so he can read this thread! Yet again the punter is the only loser, dont back jump horses period so doesnt bother me either way.A 12 day ban wont affect him much a few chances at Cheltenham have gone west but a hefty fine would have made more sense donated to charity.

  10. Re: "muppet Ride Of The Week" I cant say as i didnt see the race. I am flat racing only (,Hence the photo of the genuine and full of heart GIANTS CAUSEWAY) i do watch the big races and festivals but thats as far as it goes. Too many ways of getting beat and that jumps lot are very suspect fellow, but good luck to anyone playing on it.

  11. Re: "muppet Ride Of The Week" Cant agree with that, pretty sure Ruby has a free hand and would be amazed if the Godolphins clowns told Frankie how to ride races. Instructions or a plan A may have been discussed pre race but too many things happen in races and Jockeys must make the final call.

  12. Re: Hugh Taylor Like i said if he keeps putting 3pt wins @ 16/1 + owners will be making there own choices. Crashing horse prices at 10 oclock in the morning is a ----- trick, we all know how hard it is to get accomadated with Bookmakers and yes all these followers of Hugh Taylor will be marked up and have probably ruined there own accounts long term. So while hes claiming losts of credit , unless hes got an agreement with several bookmakers to back horses to win £2000 or more he must be clueless! Becasue hes costing himslef fortunes, drawing a wage from ATR doesnt equate to his what he should be winning backing all his selections at the best odds recorded! If he waited until the markets were set on the exchange he would fine even more value ( if he kept them to himself ), but this appears to have passed over everyones head! Bring back Matt Doyle he was dreadful at least markets wouldnt be smashed to bits early doors!

  13. Re: Aintree Saturday October 24 2009 1.05 Aintree INDIAN GROOM Time to get with Howard Johnson Grey Gelding, he brings a solid form to the table hence why he shoulders top weight, but more imprortaly he seems to best caught fresh his win first time up at Market Rasen last season was impressive. He appears to handle any type of ground so at around 7/1 hes a recommedation.

  14. Re: Best bet of the day - Oct 24th 4.55 Newbury RAINBOW PEAK Unbeaten Gelding from a family that revel in soft ground, Looks highly progressive and potenially a pattern race peformer. Lots of positives mainly hes a fresh horse against a bunch of exposed types who have been on the go all year. The betting reflects the potenial two lightly raced types who head the market as the most likely potenial winner. The Stoute horse is an obvious danger but he needs too come forward and i am keen to be with the Jarvis gelding until he gets beat he looks a strong bet to me and get the assistance of Jimmy Fortune.

  15. Re: Hugh Taylor ATR were losing between £90-100k per year i not sure what the figures are right now, Hugh Taylor salary wouldnt be anything speacial they have too many presenters and imposters to pay. Its true he make Matt Doyle look like a schoolboy, As for Nevison the days of him getting paid £100k a year for tipping are long gone he simply doesnt tip enough winners. Having said that i must say that Nevision is a world class salesman hes made fortunes from book sales and business interests including a few betting sites. This site gives you all results from leading tipsters over a long period, Hugh Taylor is still new to these lists so he doesnt figure that highly as of yet, but it opens your eyes to some of the higher profile tipsters! http://www.relayline.com/index.htm

  16. Re: Doncaster 23rd Oct Doncaster havent had any rain over night, the straight course is offical GOOD and the Round GOOD (Good to soft in places). Looking for soft ground Horses could spell trouble, this track has been relaid a few years ago and it drains well. I would advise caution NEVER BE IN A HURRY TO DO YOUR MONEY it always pay to wait until you are in possesion of all the facts. Doncastser starts at 1.15 plenty of time to form the right view on what the state of the ground is after the first race!

  17. Re: Hugh Taylor You can argue with his figures because very few can get on at the recommend price so it gives a false picture. Why on earth would you want to put bets forward at 10 o clock when a few mickey mouse are up, firstly only the odd few will be accommodated so your service to the customer is pathetic and they will end up marked up as a Hugh Taylor arber and restricted to £25.

Secondly the bookmakers can then lay a 16/1 chance at 8/1 to the real money and takes any value out of the selection. Why on earth punters want to 8/1 about something that’s 16/1 is beyond me, but there are a lot of sheep around.

I am not sure what his modus operation is, from what I can see his selections are horses that have run or been unlucky and puts them forward as a tip. What he doesn’t appear good at is sensing what trip they need, BRADS LUCK was a perfect example he tipped it over the wrong trip. Much to my glee as I laid it, he appears to work on trends and stats if you read his column. These can be very misleading unless you do laborious study with a fine tooth coomb, he’s clearly doing a lot of painstaking work but for what return a wage from ATR or is laying back selections and making 10k a week out of all the silly sods who help crash his selections!

  18. Can anyone explain to me what this guy is up to! He can quite clearly can tip winners which are value if you can get on! He tips Horses up anytime after 9.50 when very few firms are up, hence destroying markets! He giving away Tips for free (very Commendable) but what’s he alternative motive. Theirs no such thing as a free lunch!

Most emails relating to this guy are from people trying to back his selection but they cant get on at the recommend price. Does this Guy have an agreement with certain leading bookmakers who accommodate him and slash the price knowing they can lay it at half the odds? As he doesn’t charge something doesn’t add up, he must be backing them and laying them back and making fortunes daily irrespective of the final result. Great for him but this means he’s laying people he’s tipping not very ethical, but the game is full of ------------. I cant work out if this guy is genuine why he isn’t charging for a his service, other high profile TV tipsters are raking it in with Phone lines services, yet our boy HUGH is free. He is stupid or is something funny going on here, something just doesn’t add up!

Yes he’s showing a profit but what he’s actually claiming is nonsense because very few can get on at the best odds so you can knock off 33% of what s he’s actually claiming in winning tips. I can’t find any other site returning huge profits that don’t require a fee, most tipping services send out selections from onwards this bloke is sending them first thing and smashing markets to bits. This is excellent if you fancy something else in the race but a pain in the arse if he drops on one you fancy.

It won’t be long owners and trainers get the raving needle with this bloke tipping up horse having ridiculous stakes on at big prices and crashing markets. While some services give a fair service and provide long term profits most of them allow owners to get there bet on first before sending it out to there clients. I do know a few owners who have been very annoyed about not getting a price about own Horses; I can confirm none of them won. From a punters point of view he’s also a nuisance I wanted to back POPPY & PENNY at Windsor the other day, two horses were withdrawn which caused a reformed market ,but at just after 10 o’clock he sent a 3 point win@9/2 before the market had chance to settle down. Within a matter of minutes it was 7/2 form an early price of 5/1 while I don’t bet huge I would have liked a reasonable bet e/w at 5/1 due to this bloke I sat and watched it canter home.

While you cant please everybody all of the time and some will be delighted with his free service I cant see any benefit to smashing up markets in an age were Betfair has no liquidity until 4 minutes before the off. The days of making money form Traditional bookmakers are becoming increasing difficult, without Hugh Taylor intervention. He clearly doesn’t follow any code in regards owners who keep the game alive and everybody’s got to eat. It appears HUGH is eating a bit too well right now.

  19. Re: The Oaks - this Friday

Thats a bit of a strong statement to make isn't it? I mean' date=' there are only 11 runners and if you look at the RPR she comes out third behind Rainbow View and Sariska so its hardly like a Maidstone Mixture type horse turning up. I would go so far to say as saying her second in the Italian Oaks is a much stronger pieces of form than anything The Minniver Rose has acheived given she has been well held at listed level and the Brittain filly was narrowly beaten in a Group 2, albeit if it may be weaker than a UK Grp 2. That said, I enjoyed reading your post, it was well put together and thought out, good luck with the bet.[/quote'] To be fair the Itailian Oaks is such a low grade race nowadys anything with Listed albilty would proably take part. If you hadnt noticed Clive fancies everything he runs, and while the Bookmakers often take him with a pinch of salt and tend to over price his runners its mainly becuase he strikes every pancake tuesday with Group One winners. As i have pointed out the front two are far from bomb proof, so punters are searching for value the drying ground is against both of the front two plus they both have quetsions to answer. I am moving towards laying the front two at the prices as i think theres a strong chance of getting both of them beat. Good luck with Wadaat but shes not for me even if she was 66/1.
