  1. I bust. About 2 levels before end was going good flop top 2. BB leads out every street on AJ3 board turn a 10. River a 3. He has Q3. Cost me a massive part of my stack think I was left with 7bb and I got that in two hands later with live cards but ran into AQ who flopped an A. Was good but hard work avoided hands like that all night and then right before the end but c'est la vie. Next years will be mine :-)

  2. Re: Pokerplayer Mag Intertops Games 17th / 24th August It seems it depends on who handled your account I guess. I had a nightmare but I covered up numbers and license number and it went through Ok. Then I know some didn't even have to do the checks. Inconsistent to say the least. Now the tourney is done I've deleted it and don't think will use it again.

  3. Re: Boyle IPO(Newcastle), Grosvenor 25/25(Portsmouth) etc.

re post from above - Michael Richardson is chip leader at dinner break with 15 left. Can't wait to get involved at Dublin IPO
Good player, he's started to play more of these buy in events has cashed this GPS, wsop, and a couple of others. Think he will start dabbling UKIPT soon and more often I think.
  4. Re: Boyle IPO(Newcastle), Grosvenor 25/25(Portsmouth) etc. Ha Michael Richardson is one to watch for, he won the Dusk til Dawn GPS last year for 45k (after Split) and was Chip Leader or top 5 for two days running in the WSOP Monster Stack in Vegas too. He either goes big or goes home though. Which one is your nemesis like Simon in the pictures? ======================================= For Repton and AvonGirl, there is a guy called Derek Collinson (Goatee, Purple Hoody), he is a decent player, plays al over with Michael Richardson not had his success but he tends to go ok in the tourneys and has won player of the year at our local game (over Richardson). Like most younger peeps he is aggressive but I think he is good at reading people too. Other than that theres an older guy who Ive only played cash with and he plays that super tight. There only ones I have recognised from pics.

  5. Re: Pokerplayer Mag Intertops Games 17th / 24th August I've had nothing but a nightmare from this site. I put my money in, then couldn't use it. The finally sorted my account yesterday. (started sign up on Saturday), went to withdraw my money albeit not alot mainly to just play these tournaments. Now, I have to wait upto 48 hrs (Business days) for money to be processed so I am looking at next week some time by time, I can get my money out.

  6. Re: Pokerplayer Mag Intertops Games 17th / 24th August The tournament on the upcoming Sunday is it a first place only, winner takes all deal? I'm sure magazine says Prize up top and rest from buy ins. Had a nightmare with Customer Services when I signed up on Saturday anticipating the security checks, filled it all out and then got told that Monday morning would be the earliest it would be sorted. Still awaiting that to be completed. So debating whether to try for that package or just to take money and lose it somewhere else :D
