  2. Re: Capital One Cup > December 16th & 17th Chelsea and Southampton double - bet365 at 1.34 whoever plays for Chelsea they are likely to be too strong for Derby. Back up players will look to stake their claim and Mourinho will not allow any complacency to creep in. The other match is tougher to call. The saints have been on the slide however they have not played badly at all and look great going forward. Tadic has been particularly impressive and has settled into the premier league well. Just feel they will have too much for a team two divisions below them

  3. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Tuesday 29 March I have had my fingers burnt tonight. I think the way forward for international games is to back the underdogs on the handicaps. If Holland lose as they currently are doing they will lose me plenty of money. I just need them and Spain to come in for a decent return but Hungary fair play to them seem to have turned things round and are well up for this. Not sure if Van Persie was injured but they subbed him at half time for Van Nistelrooy which may come to haunt them :$

  4. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Tuesday 29 March

Estonia - Serbia Pick: Home win I think that Estonia may win here. They will have the home advantage and it is very important here. Serbian fans can't travel to Estonia after the bad scenes from Italy. Even it is also important, something else is more - the frozen pitch. It is clear that the pitch will be awful at Lillekula Arena in Tallinn and I am sure Estonian players will be more familiar with that conditions. But Estonia is good team. They managed to win 3:1 against Serbia even as guest. The first match between Serbia and Estonia in this EURO 2012 campaign was played in Belgrade on 08.10.2010. Serbia scored first, but Tarmo Kink and Konstantin Vassiljev turn the result. The third goal was own goal scored by Serbian Lukovic. What I want to say is simple - when Estonia managed to win in Belgrade, then why not in Tallinn. Plus, Serbia is handicapped as two key midfielders are suspended. The captain Dejan Stankovic and Milos Krasic received yellow cards against Northern Ireland this Friday and now are banned. I am sure this is a big handicap for the coach Vladimir Petrovic. On contrary, the situation in Estonian squad is good as coach Tarmo Ruutli have no particular problems with injuries and suspensions (only Sergei Zenjov is out). Considering all previous mentioned, I think Estonia is closer to the victory.
Your reasons seem good as both suspended players for Serbia are key. I would rather take the +0.5 ah on Estonia at 1.95 or even the draw no bet for Estonia at 9/4 as you could increase you stake knowing that even with a draw you would get your money back :ok
  5. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Tuesday 29 March Similar bet to the one above. Romania v Luxembourg, Lithuania v Spain and , Sweden v Moldova treble. One team not to score in each match pays 1.72 with bet 365. Heard the pitch is pretty poor in Lithuania so rather than take Spain on the handicap where their usual style of football may be difficult I would rather take the chance that Lithuania wont score. I see Sweden being too accomplished for Moldova and I would be unbelievably suprised if Luxembourg manage to trouble the Romanian keeper. Worthy of medium stakes in my humble opinion.

  6. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Tuesday 29 March Romania/Belgium and Holland games for one team in each game not to score pays a handsome 1.92 at bet 365. I can't see Luxemburg scoring against Romania and Hungary if the reports are right will be missing their best striker and possibly best creative midfielder. I expect it to be a long night for them with them throwing plenty of people behind the ball. The dodgy one is Belgium v Azerbaijan who are not as bad as some people make out though I see Belgium as a good young side who should prevent them scoring. Belgium v Azerbaijan/Holland v Hungary/Romania v Luxemburg - One team not to score in each game treble 1.92 with bet365 GL Punters :hope

  7. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Tuesday 29 March Not a great deal of value out there but supposing Sweden, Belgium, Romania and Spain are to win, if you add either Turkey or Israel to win as well in a combo this pays 2/1 with bet 365. In essence I would say realistically you are then waiting for one result for 2/1. Just which would you go for - Israel or Turkey (don't know much about either other than Israel seem pretty solid at home). Sweden/Belgium/Romania/Spain/Israel or Sweden/Belgium/Romania/Spain/Turkey combo 2/1 Would love to hear views on whether to put Turkey or Israel into the combo :ok

  8. Re: International friendles 29 march Not a big lover of international friendlies because more often than not it is for testing out new players and formations, however I am looking at a double of Portugal and Germany on -1 asian handicaps. Germany play Australia who are a decent outfit but I would expect the German second string to win this game comfortably as they have players like Marin and Gotze who are desperately trying to break into the first 11 and as always the Germans are pretty efficient. Portugal play Finland and although I doubt Ronaldo will play, Finland are a very very ordinary side who will be passed to death by the Portugese. As not a qualifier medim odds for me. Germany -1ah/Portugal -1ah double pays 1.60 with bet 365. GL to those who follow :hope

  9. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Saturday 26 March

Germany - Kazakhstan I found an interesting bet and will try it here. This one is more fun bet but I will give my reasoning. I will go with total goal minutes, which means adding all minutes the goals were scored. Matches involving Germany quite often produce goals in the later stages of the game and also taking into account that at home Germany will destroy Kazakhstan. The advantage of this bet is that even if Kazakhstan score it will count towards total goal minutes. Here are some stats from the last EURO 2012 games Germany Played: Kazakhstan 0-3 Germany (Goals: 48, 76, 85; Total 209 minutes) Germany 3-0 Turkey (Goals: 42, 79, 87; Total 208 minutes) Germany 6-1 Azerbaijan (Goals: 28, 45, 45, 53, 57, 86, 90; Total 404 minutes) I expect this game to be similar to when Germans beat Azerbaijan and I can see many goals. Would have taken Germany on a handicap but odds are too short IMO. Over 240 Goal Minutes @ 2.20 Bet365
What a good find. If Germany do put 5 or 6 past Kazakstan then this bet should come in. It is a good opportunity for the strikers to increase their goal tally so I can then having plenty of chances. I have had medium stakes on this so will be cheering the Germans on (for once) as I also have then in a treble with Spain and England and have backed them in the -7.5 corner market (sorry Jase) I am hoping this is really one sided.
  10. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Friday 25 March

I have chosen Serbia, Holland and Spain at 2.95 @ Paddypower. Northern Ireland can spring the odd surprise, but their ever-ageing squad is being replaced by youngsters that I'm not convinced by. Holland have too much in attack for Hungary imo, even with them being away from home. The increased price is a bonus for me. Spain will either sneak past the Czechs or hammer them I think, so no handicap from me. -1 on each is risky but at 10.50 its not a bad shout for small stakes.
Great call mate. I had Spain and Serbia as well though in different bets. Was sweating for a while but came good in the end
  11. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Friday 25 March Second bet I will be looking at is trying to get value out of the Germany, France and Spain games. The best I can come upo with is a Spain outright win, with the Germany game providing more than 2.5 goals and France -2ah. For Czech Republic to concede 4 against Croatia must mean Spain will be licking their lips at the prospect of playing them. true, their form has been patchy and the 4-0 defeat to Portugal will hurt but no time like the present to put that right. Cannot see anything other than a home win. France are up and down but when you look at their potential with Ribery, Nasri, Benzema, Valbeuana, Malouda (spell check :rollin) they should be able to easily turn teams like Luxemburg over. I don't think they will hammer Luxemburg but I am confident they will win by 2 or 3. Germany are the masters of efficiency. Think they thrashed san Marino or Andorra about 12 nil about 18 months ago. So what everyone says, but no -one else has done that. They are clinical, will go for goals and in Gomez and Muller they have two players at the top of their game. Spain win/France AH-2/Germany game over 2.5 goals pays 1.38 bet 365 Good luck everyone :hope

  12. Re: EURO 2012 Qualifiers - Friday 25 March two bets stand out for me. Serbia/Croatia double offers good value at 1.47 with bet 365. Strange as it will be for Serbia to play the game without their home support what also appears to be the case is that their own fans are difficult to please and get on their back so Serbia should be able to play without pressure. They have quality all over the pitch and a solid looking defence even without Vidic. They should be too strong for a Northern ireland side who will battle hard but are likely to fall short. Croatia have a potential tricky away game against Georgia. I watched the game they played against Czech Republic where they won 4-2 and they were good value for their win. Georgia is not an easy place to go but I can see them sneaking this one. Croatia/Serbia double 1.47

  13. Re: UEFA Champions League > Tuesday 8 March

not really keen on correct scores but worth small punts given the odds in the Barca v Arsenal game. I think most people expect Barca to win the game and by at least a couple of goals. My view is that Arsenal are dodgy at the back and Barcelona are awesome up front. If Barca go 2 up they know if Arsenal get 1 it goes to extra time. They also know that if Arsenal score 2 then Barca need 4. Barca likely to be without Puyol and Pique is suspended so i can see an Arsenal goal therefore I see Barca going all out for goals. I like alot of others will have money on -1.5 goals for Barca but look at the value of these on bet 365. I will be hab=ving small stakes on all 3 Barca 3-0 win 15/2 Barca 3-1 win 9/1 :clap Barca 4-1 win 14/1 Good luck everyone :hope
kerching - nice profit tonight guys :cheers

  15. Re: UEFA Europa League > 22-24 Feb

Looks like i'm first again,i just love Europa :lol Ok lads, going with treble:Liverpool,Zenit and Man City pays around @2.12 with bet365 I know it looks obvious and simple but i don't think it will be that easy.Still i expect all 3 to win.The diffrence in class is huge and all 3 are very strong at home and they know only a victory ill take them to the next round.Don't think i need much more reasoning so GL :ok
Like the look of this bet but Young boys gave Zenit a cracking game in the first leg and may look to contain and hit on the break which is why I will be looking at City/Liverpool/CSKA which pays similar with bet365. City are a class above their opponents and wboth they and Liverpool will be nervy having not scored an away goal. I think both will look to get the job done soon as :hope
  16. Re: International Friendlies 8-10 February

I fancy Kenny Miller anytime scorer at 7/4 at bet365. Jonny Evans has withdrawn and I see Commons and Adam supplying him with the ammunition. The added incentive will be that he is also captain tonight so should be up for this one
Just 19 minutes in and the boy does good - easy money - hope you were on it ;)
