Injury trouble ? Pirlo out, is this true?Heard there are some troubles around Italian NT. What's going on there? -
Re: Semi-Final - Brazil v Germany > Tuesday July 8th hmmm i'm waiting for Slizorn to give his opinion about cards...

Re: Semi-Final - Brazil v Germany > Tuesday July 8th Marco RodrÃguez of Mexico will referee the match in Belo Horizonte on Tuesday. The referee who failed to see Luis Suarez bite an opponent has been picked to officiate Brazil's World Cup semifinal against Germany. From wikipedia - In Mexico, RodrÃguez is known for being a very strict referee who gives many yellow and red cards.[1]

Re: Serie A > 18th - 19th May Lazio would not want to risk any injuries on eve on coppa final. I'm sure udinese will clinch final Europa spot a draw for them is good enough. Winner of coppa plays in Europa. IMO lazio will not commit to maximum effort against Cagliari. Gl

Re: Serie A > Nov 10-11 Do you know who the referee is for Roma derby ? Past last 6 derbys have featured a penalty! Red card option may also be good thanks

Re: Italy - Serie A - 7-8 January
May be worth waiting for starting line ups before going in on Lazio. I certainly will be. Latest news is that a number of key Lazio players are doubtful including Hernanes' date=' Sculli, Dias and Diakite, although I would guess injuries are not too bad as all these have been named in the squad. However if Hernanes particulalry doesn't make it, this would detract quite a lot on Lazio's ability to win as he's arguably their best player and without him they may have to alter tactics a little. Konko is definitely out as well.[/quote'] Thanks for the update Dylan. How do you think Napoli will react after the break ? They face Palermo with new coach in Mutti, and some players missing in Pinilla, Hernadez, Ilicic, Zahavi.... maybe the plyers still trying to adjust to new coach and system -
Re: Italy - Serie A - 20-21 December Im leaning toward Bologna & Roma BTS :hope Bologna impressed my against Milan and looked good against Juve in Coppa. LE philosophy seems to be working for Roma 1:1 Juve (where totti missed a penalty) and 3:1 Napoli. Any thoughts ?

Re: Italy - Serie A - 17-18 December Lets not forget this is the big Sicilian derby... last derby ended 4:0 Palermo away record is dismal & not having scored a goal away is beyond me. Maybe a red card or penalty will happen.

Re: Italy - Serie A - 25-27 November I rate Delio Rossi a good coach. They did frustrate Milan to 0:0. Afterall he did decline to come back to Palermo after (crazy) Zamparini sacked Pioli. Quote from Zamparini: “I would have preferred to face Fiorentina without Rossi,” Zamparini told the Gazzetta dello Sport on Tuesday. “It will be a very difficult game. I'm expecting a tough game like 0:0 or 1:0.

Re: Italy - Serie A > Ante-post 2011/12 Season Anyone think Napoli can win at $51 ? the odds are ridiculious imo I remb last season they were only 2 points behind Milan with a handful of games left....
-
Re: Italy - Coppa Italia Final - 29 May Any team news, injuries, lineups ? Has Rossi signed for another club or is he sticking with Palermo ? I know his contract runs out in June.

Re: Australia A-League 2010/2011 Season
Im on Melb Victory Playing away wont effect them, they will play without pressure Experience is on there side Culina is a big loss for GC I saw Leihja's interview he said we want to win for Muscat Im sure MV will be motivated glThe finals are underway! and a couple of great fixtures for this weekend. I think Adelaide United should get the home win but they look a bit too short for the outright win? I really like the look of Melbourne Victory though, so much finals experience and most of their key players are back and firing, it should be a tight encounter but I'll probably back Melbourne. Brisbane v Central Coast looks a little harder to pick... Anybody else have some early thoughts? -

Re: Australia A-League 2010/2011 Season
This game smells like a draw 1:1 B. Roar have some players missing...Think i'll just stick with this one, don't want to stake too much on a match like this between the top two teams, as such matches can sometimes turn out to be cagey affairs. :hope -
Re: Australia A-League 2010/2011 Season
Hi Crow, do you fancy Adelaide? I hate betting on totals for AU: Galekovic and Dodd are out also Mullen and Cornw....(latter 2 defenders) Also adding AU is playing at Adelaide Oval and not Hindmarsh fortressAdelaide - Sydney under 2.5 @ 1.80 centrebet Adelaide are struggling for form as they have lost their last 3 games, and it just looks like they can not get their game going. They have some talented players who can create and score goals, but even they have not been as prevalent as expected. Still their home has been very good as they have scored 2 goals in 5 of their last 6 games, and in these 5 games, they had allowed just 1 goal with 4 clean sheets. In their last home game against the Melbourne Heart they were cruising with a 1-0 lead but because they did not put some of their other chances away, they get mugged by two late goals to lose the game. Though they have conceded 8 goals in their last 3 games, expect the defence to be much tighter agaisnt a poor Sydney attack. Sydney have lost these 4 games, and find themselves at the bottom of the ladder and as such, they have not scored in their last 4 games. They have lost their last 3 games by a 1-0 scoreline, so they have been keeping games close, but have lacked the quality up front to get a win. Also they have scored just once on the road in their last 4 away games, so they too, are down on form. Like the look of this being a low scoring game. -

TIM Cup Final > June 7th

Re: TIM Cup Final > June 7th Are Juve treating this final seriously? Last time they won Coppa was back in 1995. (Finalists in 02, 04, 12) If the final were played after the champions lge final (regardless of the result) I wouldv'e been all over Lazio. The final being played in Rome is swaying me slightly toward Lazio.
