They wanted to restict me to £4-40 how can a so called bookmaker restrict a bet that paid a possible profit of £27-50

It does happen, but it's dependant on how you've been betting. Ladbrokes and Coral are the same company these days too.
Thanks for your reply i,m not a heavy punter usually £20 football bets but i always bet £25 with coral during the week to get the free £10 bets at the weekend find it strange so called big bookies are resticting me
Also i lose a wee bit of money on the gaming with them yet no restriction there lol
