    Re: Party Poker - Finished ive read this whole thread with interest and would like to add my views on it,for what its worth.Firstly while i believe that all sites do not set out to deliberately cheat players as such,i do believe there could be a case for poker sites altering there rng software to produce more action on the cash tables for example more flush/straight draws,high pocket pairs etc.thus ensuring more action and a higher rake for the site.Even if they altered it by a tiny % it would generate thousands of extra income per annum for the site.And secondly,and this has always bugged me so i would appreciate if anyone could put me straight on this matter is the poker rooms security.Now i am assuming that all poker rooms has a security department and in that department ther must be computers that show everyones cards face up so that they can spot people who are colluding with each other{i dont know if this is how it works,so if anyone can put me right please do}so what is to stop anyone working in such a department from calling someone at home and telling them what cards people are holding.So there you go,thats my rant on the matter and im of to have another joint:dude :dude

    Re: **Poker Saturday 14th October** hi, is anybody else playing in the aussiemillioins tourney on mansion tonight.Qualified through a sat weeks ago and didnt realise it doesnt start til 2 in the morning.going to play the rat pack on holdem then hopefully get some :zzz b4 it starts.

    Keep trying, with different operators and different excuses - they'll eventually remove your existing promo ;) The reason that I've found best is that I want to play in a certain freeroll that needs raked hands - but I cannot earn the raked hands whilst the promo is on my account - can they remove the promo so that I can play cash games and earn raked hands ;) If it doesn't work - leave it a few hours and try with a different operator ;)

    Just been reading all this section and have to say im surprised as a newbie here. I only play poker in real life and avoid online poker. Do you actually know how fake and fixed online poker is folks? ... Anyway I won't go there. Its 90% luck and 10% skill whereas its the other way about when you play it at a casino or such. Just warning you all.
    i disagree,you are just as likely to get scammed playing live poker as you are playing online poker.Has any one read richard marcus' book on the subject called dirty poker,a very interesting read that will make anyone think twice before playing any cash games on or offline.

    hi morlspin,i was sitting at the table you are on about.my username is widzy on mansion,and i seem to remember dumping a lot off chips your way lol[maybe get my revenge in ibiza] .Yes it did seem as though it was blatant chip dumping,also b4 you came on the table one of the players called the other by name.so it was pretty obvious they knew each other.

    I'll end on this note, it's ok for people saying "It's not that expensive to get to gatwick, hotel etc...but not everyone earns the same money, either it's all expenses paid and problems solved or the ridiculous 8am flight time will cause considerable expense to those that can't afford it. I organised a 2 day trip for 40 people recently, it takes time, logic and knowing where people are coming from and what times they are going to arrive, it's really not that difficult unless you make it difficult.
    some fair points paul.Some people seemed to get the hump with my post yesterday but as i havent had much dealings with goalpoker in the past i was only saying what i thought at the time.Ive now had an e-mail from victoria with flight times etc.And with the thought of 20 maxim models going i'll gladly pay whatever it costs to get to london.but i still think gp should put us up in a hotel for a night.

    Re: ibiza flight times fair enough,maybe i have been a little harsh.but maybe if they communicated a bit better with the winners and told us exactly what kind of weekend they've got lined up for us what else can they expect.Although the thought of 20 maxim models,champagne and poker is sounding better by the minute.Do you know what they have got lined up for us?They seem to have forgotten to tell me anything about it.

    The real sadness of it all' date=' is that when we make a valid complaint about it all, they get sarcastic and call us names......classy![/quote'] you're lucky, i dont get any reply back at all from then.All i know about the trip is whats posted on the forum.you're not all playing one big joke on me are you.The flight times are a joke.Beggining to think its not worth the hassle especially as goalpokers idea of a vip trip is a p*** up on a beach and getting to watch the world cup on a big telly.

    8th july......no way to london before flight leaves unless staying over 10th July.... 1 flight at 9.40pm home if ur lucky, so it means for us northerners that were gonna have to spend 1(maybe 2) nights in london at shitty london prices, and take extra time off work, bearing in mind that the majority of winners are from the north of england, surely this should have been taken into consideration?
    its totally out of order.at the very least we should be given some expenses to get to london[i wont hold my breath on that one].I could book a week in ibiza from glasgow for roughly the same amount of money its going to cost me to get to london and back with 2 nights accomodation.
