  1. Betting on OVER 1.5 goals in a game seems easy and in fact it should be. The only problem are the short odds, quite rightly, given. I have worked out a plan that will enable the teams that will give me the edge. The only criteria in any betting plan is to make a profit and this I think I can do. The bank will be a modest £500 and will hopefully give me a steady, if small, profit over time. Most bets will be about 5% of the bank £25 Treble Sunderland v West Bromwich @1/2, Hull v QPR @4/9, Everton v Leicester @1/3 (BetVictor) All to OVER 1.5 goals

  2. Re: Football - must do better My NAP bet for Saturday is OVER 1.5 goals Sunderland v West Bromwich £100 @1/2 West Brom have now got going and have a strike force in place and Sunderland will be all out to make home advantage count in this 'six pointer'. Seems like 'buying money' to me. Only bet on Saturday

  3. Re: Football - must do better Villarreal won 2-1. Profit £21 In the bank £897.45 £40 OVER 1.5 goals Wigan v Charlton @9/20 Charlton scored goals 3 against Brentford, 2 against Norwich. Wigan won at Reading so that may give them a bit of confidence. A short price but a fair looking wager I think. Again tempted to go big on this one but not quite as solid for a 'big one'. Got a 'big one on Saturday.

  4. Re: Football - must do better Score 1-1 - Money back £35 Villarreal @3/5 Tonights Europa games are littered with 'banana skins' and in this game both teams are doing well in their own leagues but the Spanish League is far superior to the Austrian League and home advantage is vital. Was tempted to go for a big bet but Europa League is dodgy.
