  1. Re: Euro 2008 Qualifiers Sat 17th Nov ENGLAND suffered a Euro bombshell last night when one of Israel’s coaches confessed: “I want Russia to qualify.” Incredibly, he also admitted Israel plan to field a team of unknown youngsters on Saturday. Israel keeper coach Alexander Ubarov, 47, said: “I would like Russia to qualify for the Euros — and for them that means winning in Israel. “I told them it’s not going to be easy — they’ll have to be totally prepared. In the 16 years I have been involved with the Israeli squad, we have never done anything but to try our best in every single match. “I would like Russia to qualify — but only if it means that they deserve to. “Everything will be decided on the pitch, nowhere else.” Just some news.. draw your conclusions. I think about "no bet" or -1 with European Handicap for Russia. I won't be touching the high price on the Home Win with these youngsters.

  2. Re: Euro 2008 Qualifiers (Oct 17) Just wanted to share with you that the national team coach of Albania Otto Barich has accepted an offer from Dinamo (Zagreb) and he stated that he doesn't care about his last match with Bulgaria ( which is very , very important for us, Bulgaria for the Qualification). His words are: - It will be hard for us, but not impossible. Once we drew 0-0 with Bulgaria and why not again? You are the better team. This results is important for you, not for us. I really don't care about this match because I have another job offer and I have accepted it. So.. if Romania don't win today, for Bulgaria will win in Albania I can assure you :-)

  3. Re: Euro 2008 Qualifiers (Oct 13) Romania - Netherlands I will certainly put my all.. yes ALL money on this match. 70% of them will be on the Under2.5 and the rest 30% of them will be on the Draw. This result will be good for both sides, especially for the Netherlander and I won't say that I believe in something like a fixed match, but I have a very good feeling about this clash. If Romania don't win here, the match between Bulgaria and Romania in Sofia will be the decisive one. I am Bulgarian but I don't think we can win against Romanians and for tomorrow only one conclusion: FT Draw 6/10 Under2.5 9/10 and in the end my best pick; :cheers 10/10 you can bet on it ;)

  4. Re: Champions League Oct 2 - Oct 3 While I was reading I didn't understand why all of you think that Stuttgart are a mediocre team? They are the champions of Germany and they didn't sell nobody this summer.. Yes, they have some bad results and Barcelona won 1-4 and 4-1 last two matches with T.Henry and L.Messi on fire. I think that in this group the team who win points against Barca will qualify in the next stage and I think that Stutti is not so bad at home and 1.65-1.7 for away win is not SO GOOD price. 2006/2007 season in Bundesliga Stuttgart had only 3 draws and 2 losts at home and Barca was not so good in away games. This is CL and a club like Stuttgart who is a newcomer this will be a hell of a game. So I don't think it will be easy for Barca.. Furthermore, it will be difficult for them with the german team looking for points.

  5. Re: Champions League (28-29 Aug)

Celtic to go through on penalties @ 20/1 stan james - 1-1 from 1st leg in russia, to be honest although we played well, spartak may have scored another couple of goals on another day, they are top of their league and more than halfway through their season, we played very well on saturday thumping hearts 5-0 having finished off falkirk and aberdeen in the last 2 matches convincingly but the fullbacks to me are a major worry, possibly the strongest positions 12 months ago now are very suspect, spartak play to their strength of playing 2 wide men and the continual avalanche of cross balls is frightening, that said our home record in the champions league is played 12, won 9, drew 2 and lost 1 ( to barcelona ) is up there with the very best in europe. 1-1 after 90 mins is a very definate possibility then if it goes to penalties they are hit into the lisbon lions stand and believe me the noise when opposition players hit penalties would blow your ear drums apart, weve lost once in penalties ( to valencia ) only because we managed to miss 4 penalties ourselves but as saha found in the man utd game last season its very difficult to concentrate hitting into that end, a sea of swirling scarves and deafening whistles as the crowd are right on the pitch. Come on the Hoops !!! :hope
OMG !!! What a hit... Congrats for your team mate.. and for your money acc ;-)
  6. Re: Champions League (28-29 Aug) It's a never-use 1.33 on Liverpool's home win - without the skipper S.Gerrad and J.Carragher. I'm on Toulouse to score @ 2.3 Sportingbet. Hoping for J. Elmander to show his quality. For those who are sure about Liverpool's win why not 1.8 @ sportingbet for Only 1 team to score ? Just giving advise.. Good Luck

  7. Re: CL final qualifying round, first leg (14-15/8) Am I the only one who thinks that tonight Liverpool won't win against Toulouse? Toulouse on their side managed to beat Lyon at home before 4 days. Last year they won at home and away managed to draw with the champions. They have good attacking force including the swedish striker J.Elmander. Liverpool are with some new players who need time to acclimatize with others. Their win against A.Villa was in the last minutes and again their skipper gave it to them. I expect a close game with under 2 goals. Maybe 1-1 or 0-0. I can only hope :hope Lay Liverpool at 1.8 Betfair

  8. Re: International: UEFA 2008 qualifyers, 24/03

@Fan 4e Will be with you on Spain. But I just cant agree that Netherlands is going to win Romania by a handicap. I think that Romania shouldnt be underrestimated at all in this match.
I'm glad that I can help people with some picks and posts. Now only Spain has to win :hope About Netherlands - Romania I want to say that I'm not underestimating the Romanians. I just wanted to say that Romania are missing one of their key defenders and Netherlands are not a team that forgives when has opportinities and I fancy them to win. I meant that if Netherlands' players are on form they can win against every side.
  9. Re: International: UEFA 2008 qualifyers, 24/03 Netherlands v Romania My thoughts are that Netherlands won't have problems against Romania. Romania has too much injuries (Chivu,Tamas,F.Petre) and Netherlands only missing Edwin Van Der Sar. I think that the draw here (in Bulgaria) wasn't the right result for them (Netherlands) and they will release their best squad and won't understimate the romanian side. With players like Seedorf,Van der Vaart, Makaay, Huntelaar, Sneijder, Babel etc. they can win with handicap in Amsterdam. Home win!(1.50) Spain v Denmark Another home win for me. The situation with Spain isn't good and a draw or a lose can left them in very big ? for EURO08. They can think and go on the pitch only for the win. I can't say that Denmark is a weak side or smth because they have many quality players. They showed great character against Australia when they beat them 4-1. I like situations when one team needs only win and I think that Spain can sneak it! Spanish win!(1.65)
