Ok Turns out i was drunk enough i booked another IBIS hotel ...... not the former Etap ....... good news is that it is actually in Birmingham :lol I'm a definite now..... booked time off and the train tickets ................ will be arriving on the Friday, so who's around for a warm up? ............... I'll just be playing Hold'em ( though its been that long since i played it i'll have to get the idiots guide out!) Omaha is more like witchcraft as far as i'm concerned ...... fcuked if i know whats going on with it!:unsure -

To take part in the Sky Poker Premiership you will need to enter promo code TEAM here. Everyone who takes part in the Sky Poker Premiership will be randomly assigned one of the six teams. Warm Up Sessions
Opt in early to take advantage of a weekly 90 minute £500 Freeroll to warm you up for the matches. These will take place on 4th August, 11th August, 18th August and 25th August at 7.45pm. You will need to be opted in by the day before the respective dates in order to qualify for these. Each Warm Up Session will be capped at 1,200 runners, so be sure to register as soon as you get your invite!
What's the format?
Between 27 August - 5 September, you and your team will play five ‘matches’ against other teams. These matches will be in the format of poker tournaments. In each Sky Poker Premiership Tournament you will compete against the other team for a share of the 100 Premiership Points. The top 50 places in each tournament will win League Points for their team, with the top 20 also picking up a share of £500.
The Sky Poker Premiership tournaments will appear in the Tournament lobby 24 hours before it starts, and you will have to confirm your registration when it appears.
The winning team is decided by the following scoring system:

What can I win?
In each match/ tournament, the top 20 players will win the following:

Training Sessions – 26th Aug & 2nd Sept During the Sky Poker Premiership each team will have two special Training Sessions on Monday 26th August and Monday 2nd September at 7.45pm. There’ll be some added pressure on the Monday 26th August Training Sessions as the managers will be playing in their team’s tourney, with a £100 bounty on each of their heads. Make sure you polish off your poker skills before taking to the field and you could earn yourself some extra prize money! Training sessions will kick off at 7.45pm and be 90-minute Timed Tournaments. [h=2]A Freeroll for Everyone![/h] Everyone who plays at least one game for their team in the Sky Poker Premiership will have the chance to win extra cash in the end-of-season Celebration Freeroll on 8th September. Each team will earn one, with the prize pool depending on their finishing position. Here’s what each of the teams will play for:
- 1st - £1,500
- 2nd - £1,000
- 3rd - £750
- 4th - £500
- 5th - £400
- 6th - £250
- 6 x SPT Newcastle seats worth £110 each! (1 for the top performing player of each team)
